You get it from the new magic wardrobe that you'll be able to build in you POH. It says so in the BTS. I think. I might be misreading it though. Pretty sure it didnt say that, the wardrobes will be for holding random event costumes (zombie outfit, mime outfit, etc.). Read the paragraph right after the paragraph you posted.

Most of the questions you asked are rpetty obvious. You probably get them from somewhere, like those weird new stalls we saw in the KB, or that old man in fally castle that gives you maps, charts, and portraits for your POH. Most likely be p2p since almost all other updates are p2p If you die, most obviously you do with no fee. The only real question is, what happens to your quest cape when a new quest comes out? I do have 2 possible solutions for that tho. 1. If as many as 2 quests come out and you dont do them, then theyll dissapear 2. When you get the cape, it will never dissapear no matter how many new quests come out. But, if you loose it through death, or drop it, you have to have all quests finished again to get another one.

Lets say your account was brought back to the way it was the first time you got membership for it, what would you do differently this time? Besides just quitting, I would do tears of guthix right away, to start getting good xp for some of my crappy skills, thne get my agility up as high as i could to make my life a little faster.

Pretty sad how irresponsible some people can be, at that age. I imagine that guy must have been like 4 times older than you, if he dosent have insurance to pay for you, like you paid for him, that will be pretty pathetic.
