make it so the magic attack it gives is crap and you have to complete lets say, ME p2 for it. (and you need to wear the whole set for inf runes, and the cape doesn't have an effect.)

the "cat love" of which you speak is very old, it's actually from the quest " A tail of two cats", which came out on 26-Sep-2005, it is a quest that takes you to do some chores for Bob... once you complete them you will unravel some history of bob. why would you have a 99 range party when you are 537 xp from 99 fletching :-k if it doesn't bring lag it's cool
