Its an easy quest, but the mini game doesn't really do much for training. If you coudl do it anymore though then it would be too overpowered and jagex would make it even worse than it is now.

This is a great idea. I think KC will affect the runes, and nothing else because I've tried low/high barrows runs and still no item drops, but i get more runes with more kills (most of the time).

I don't know about the best or even good, but that would be super fun to do.

He means why train in dharoks with such low hp with expensive non dharok items, like obby cape that costs 400k compared to legends cape that cost 700 gp. You're using protect from melee anyway so the extra defense doesn't matter at all, and if you run out of prayer you're basically dead anyway, just with an extra couple hundred k down the drain.
