thats why I suggest that 99 hp, str, atk, def, prayer, mage, and range should get 127 combat ;)

then it would be way too easy to get 126 combat. Well yeah but maybe they could do something about that like make ranging harder to range. And I would like the idea of actually having 126 combat instead of 110. It feels as if you havent actually gotten to the top of the combat cap. Personally I think that once you get range and magic 99 with combat 126 you should gain 1 combat lvl to show how good you are ;)

Actually, :lol: I'm happy you brought that example up. Magic actually did get nerfed! It was a bug, and jagex even posted on the official forums saying that they fixed it lol

It's more than a second, You can't cast charge again until the first spell has warn off, which is ages... I thought the spell wore off after a sec, and i checked and its 1 min

No, you used to be able to cast charge really fast over and over giving awesome exp for tons of cash, but then jagex gave it a 1 sec delay between casts

I used to do that to dharoks all the time using rune and whip lol, now if that guy was in verac, you wouldn't have stood a chance...

I sure hope its not more magic, mages are too overpowered already :? What I'd love would be like a ring (which you can get back free from the quest starter, of cource) which when equipped would give the wearer special "anchient specials" to their weapons. What do I mean by this? Well, if the 100th quest is a warrior quest, then when you equip the ring, when normal attacking your weapon would get special effects that depend on the weapon. For example, wearing a long sword has a chance to drain opponates health and heal yours, or a b axe could freeze opponates, with the lesser-used weapons having a better special, to get them used more. Or if its a archer quest, you could give it different specials depending on both the weapon (short/long bow or cross bow) and the attack style used (rapid, accurate, or long range). Also if you have anchient magics equipped, you couldn't use the ring and vise-versa, so this would make people only be able to use one overpowered thing at a time ;)

Dragon scim, long, legs, chain, b axe, every cannon piece, and a dozen other items all protect over whip.

I really hate it when most people use cannons, as I train at dags a lot (bones to peaches FTW! :lol:) Personally, I think putting a cannon at a place like werewolves is ok, as you aren't stealing someone's exp and theres tons of enemies. But seriously, cannon is a HUGE waste of cash, unless you are power lvling slayer ;)
