That's an incoherent sentence and it's not proof at all. So they started off not being visual, whoop de doo, they have been visual for just as long as console games. Your arguments are ridiculous, and I am getting great enjoyment from seeing someone this deluded attempt to bend logic.

No, that's not what it's like. Aeroplanes fly in the air, cars drive on the land. PC games are processed on a processing unit and and displayed through a video unit, consoles games are processed on a processing unit and displayed through a video unit. So what if the console ones go through a PAL/NTSC monitor and the pc ones go through a VGA-UXGA monitor - if that's the reason for saying PC games aren't video games then you'll have to rule out the xbox 360 from the lists as it doesn't use PAL/NTSC for HDTV output either. What if I configure my PC to output through S-Video to a TV, does that make them video games?

And my point stands, if they haven't included the PC then you can't take the list seriously. Let's have a list about all the greatest cars in the world - but we'll rule out Italian ones.

That is absolutely ridiculous, if any manufacturer's CPUs have a reputation for running how it's Intel's.

You need to learn about games then. This one is ABYSMAL. In the PC version which I have, at the start when it's telling you the controls it refers to the left analog stick and the space bar within the same sentence - that's just downright stupid. The graphics are terrible. HOW can you call them good? I installed it then had to reboot so the buggy starforce drivers were installed. Upon starting there is a very long, very unskippable boring cutscene. I finally get to the game, and the graphics are awful. I don't buy a PC with these specs (A64 3700+, 1GB DDR400, 6800GT) to play some crap made for a system that is 5 years old and was even underpowered at the time of release. My pocketpc could squeeze out higher polys and better textures, no wait, my analogue watch could. When I am starting out the camera angles are very unhelpful - they keep flicking around, making me end up falling off things. I move the mouse to adjust the camera but it just flat out refuses to move sometimes. When the prince stops running he ends up facing backwards half the time. It's just another console port that was sent to the PC as an afterthought, indicative of companies trying to screw PC gamers these days. Truly a console game. Here's some of the good graphics (shrunk from 1600x1200): Look at the high res textures on everything but the prince, why that dagger that's floating a couple of inches from his hand is almost photorealistic.

To me, U2 are bland generica.

I can't stand these topics where people say "talk about here" and don't even say anything themselves. It's even more annoying than referral links. Or do you honestly think that you're serving the community by doing this? Do you think there were people wanting to talk about it but didn't have the guts to create a new topic all by themselves so you gallantly stepped in and did it for them? Either way, you are clearly a bigger man than I.

That's like saying "is it easier to approach someone wearing green". It's purely a matter of personal choice. Though I'd imagine the small majority would say clean shaven is more approachable.

The point is it's a USA law, so it applies only within the USA jurisdiction. Look at all the Swedish piracy sites there are, they openly mock Americans who try and prosecute them for an AMERICAN law that they broke in Sweden. How would you feel if you got prosecuted for chewing gum in the USA? It's illegal in Singapore. I would advise against peurile insults in the future, they just make it look like you can't put up a reasoned argument. They are the crutch of the inarticulate.

That's not true. What happens is a case comes to court THEN annoy is defined by the judge, it then sits as precedent for future cases. That's the whole point of Stare Decisis and common law.
