    HAHA!
  2. To be honest, I don't care if you have it in your sig. If there's something about yourself you're proud of, by all means, be proud of it. But yes, the general attitude held by the media and those preaching "political correctness" tend to shaft people just as much as they help people. I've already used the "proud to be straight" example, and the "Caucasian club" example, I'll throw out another one. Ever hear of masculinists? I doubt it. Technically, masculinists could argue for more rights for men, just as women do, yet they'd be called bigoted and old fashioned. Saru helped me see the answer to this question. We can see pride as the opposite of shame. So when someone says "Proud to be gay" they are basically saying "F-you society, I have no shame in being gay" When someone says "proud to be white" or "proud to be straight" or "proud to be a man" these people are saying "I have no shame in being white/straight/etc" People think you are an idiot when you say these things, for a good reason. Nobody tells whites they are inferior, theres no history of "white shame", straight people have no denial of rights...Theres no reason to tell society you aren't ashamed of being white. Or it could be that we're part of the winning team of human history. If you traced back through generations and centuries, the Europeans won a so-called "Race" at being the most powerful force in the world. Ancient China could of been powerful and imperalized the world but, for reasons it didn't. Just sayin'. It's could not be about rights at all.
  3. Correct. Everything would just go through Canada or something.
  4. I know this ain't truly serious advice, but I like making sure asexual is a term that's understood. Asexual refers to having no sexual desire for either sex. This does not necessarily mean one does not have romantic attraction toward the opposite sex, the same sex or both sexes. It's like "If a tree fell in a forest and no one was around" situation. If one ignores his romantic and sexual urges for a sex and never speaks about it, he would be asexual to others, but he knows he's heterosexual but chooses to ignore it, but there needs to be another person involved to give him sexual orientation because it's a partnership between humans, and without this connection is he really heterosexual!? Whew. Took me a while to figure that out. Ha. I also noticed your Ferb avatar. You're now my favorite TIF'er.
  5. It is, some of it, mostly due to the [bleep]s at Sacramento who can't keep a budget balanced.
  6. Unless you're into raiding you can perfectly play the game in a casual way. I agree. Raiding is the core problem this game causes to social life. Of course, some people think WoW is nothing without raiding.

*wishes he'd had his hands on the test to erase the pencil sentence and lose dizzle some marks.* You'd think that would be the reason, except some questions we were ONLY allowed to answer in pencil. I would say "[bleep] you, mark it wrong."

Oh dear god, just be careful. Even I, a fluent spanish speaker make mistakes with subjuntives and respectful tone. *Get's hit over head* "You did not just address me as 'tu' now did you??" *oh shi- gets smacked once more* "I meant 'ust' yeah 'ust'" Especially when commanding someone. I out of habit end with -te which is same respect and I forget to end verbs with -se which is older/respectful. Big ass difference between "Sientate" (sit) and "Sientase" (sit), the difference being a smack to the head. :ohnoes: Lol...never was the case for me. "Sit the [bleep] down, [bleep]head." is a nice way to say it in Argentina.

  14. We're in the 21st god damn century. There's a camera in the goal, in the stands, above the field and in the players asses, why can't we just like refs review fouls?! Tomorrow me and my dad are going to watch the Argentina-Greece match at an Argentine cafe. Real Argentine like. ;P
  15. You, sire, win the internets. Or at least a handful of jiggies.

Being there, in person, and someone telling he'd have sex with his rake would make it quite funny. How many times does that happen in real life?
  17. Why 15 though? A 14 year old is like a 15, no? Seriously though, I think 15 is way to low. That's like a freshman/sophmore in High school. They don't know what the hell is going on.
