That depends how many people have done the quest AND have the money to invest in it. Noneoftheless that works. (if its a huge number of people who can MTK) :) How is Pure Ess going to deplete? You've seen how many Marcoers and normal players mine ess? Lots I tell you. There's not going to be a pure ess shortage.

There already is a huge amount of ess. It should be 40-50 ea...but its not. Supply and demand raised pure ess, then Merchanters to 100 ea. Now both merchanters and miners are happy with this price and kept it. So your idea isn't going to lower prices at all.
