Level doesn't matter. You still barricade, kill in tunnels by mining, and just directing strategy against enemies. Commandos I call em. I did that sometimes when I was lower leveled. :D

This year's weather is due to El Nino. While you people that experience snow during winter are getting warmer weather, here in Southern California its supposed to be 70+ during the winter but its not. Its been 40 in the early moring and highest it went was probably 65 in the afternoon. Also the last 2 days we had heavy winds...
