Pkers around that combat tend to attempt for near perfect wildy pking stats. I doubt they would waste hours making it just for the occasional 60k glory PK. I'd say the best levels for rcing are 60-75 or so, and 120+. When I runecrafted between 60-75 I met with a lot of pures, and they DO Pk for the 60k drop. Luckly most of the lower lvl ones didn't have 82 mage. Teleblock is a RC'ers worst enemy.

I'll need Ring of Recoils for that dog though. :-k
