LEESTERS REBORN - Lost in Albion - Last page.
I've done jellies, ogres(lvl 53 ones), and haven't noticed an increase in blues at all, then again I may have not been watching, but the 40 blues in my bank compared to the 700+ of the other charms in my bank compare differently when all of those charms are from slayer alone. Then again it could be something to do with the black mask?

Noob question on Prince Ali Quest....
Don't worry, those who call yo a MWb are those who will never get to be a mod, because they do not positively impact the community, by not reporting. Should post here anyways: http://forum.tip.it/viewforum.php?f=12

Experienced users getting powers? - REPOSTED
No, not quite. As that alone doesn't merit a rank does it? I'd say it would be one of the many aspects of it, which hopefully can be generated by everyone. Because do moderators get messages about the forums/runescape even though there's a H&A forum? :-s

Gp shortage coming?
Construction came out, without a hype, the GE wasn't around, nor was a 3k limit. All this is leading to a rarer GP, thus rares should start to climb if only for a short time, but they will rise, then maybe will start to go down after the massive amounts of players stop doing Summoning, then they will probably resume the path they were on before summoning. :-#

Experienced users getting powers? - REPOSTED
Powers. don't always have to mean moderation powers, more so, what I said kind of explains this. Assisting users, for one, isn't a mod power, but in a sense it is a power, which killer may have been referring to. Having a 'senior' or 'helpful' status or whatever it'll be called if it is done, only means they will be able to assist more easily to the users, because they will be exploited more so to the users, because their rank is 'special', and if done correctly advertised thoroughly. I'm in for this just because of that. I'd really like to see a rank where normal users could ask for assistance through these people, instead of making a topic, which probably was answered a day or two ago in H&A, and without hassling mods with work they could be doing. As well, being in this division of people would also make them a large role model, that members would be more likely to feed off of then moderators. I think this only because new users tend to, or at least I think are nervous around mods because of the word 'mod', and 'tip it' in the same sentence. Having a break rank between member and moderator is good in my opinion? I'm just using 'senior' and helpful' as a name, because it's better than saying 'noun' rank. >.>

Experienced users getting powers? - REPOSTED
Why again did you request it to get locked? -- I'm just giving out idea,s I really don't know if I'm suggesting, or saying to stay away from the idea's I'm going to list, so don't think I'm suggesting them, more or less, advertising them. :-s -Poll Ability in certain forums - Though this topic had both positive and negative sides, as well as solutions in it, so look at that first. -.- - The Forum Tripsis, and Sith were talking about, having users able to post new topics, but not reply, this forum could be allowed by the user who was promoted to the 'rank' your suggesting, could post replies to help whoever posted a topic in the forum. - Ability to have limited mod powers? I don't know, I'm sure there's something moderating related a user who would get promoted to the status suggested could do, then again, I don't see a point to mod powers anyways. - Listed somewhere as a good member of Tip.It who you can PM for assistance at anytime. If the advertisement of these people is good, then this would be a good feature, it would take work off of mods hands, and from past talks with mods, a lot of their work is helping members? I think it's a good idea, though I don't know where you can advertise such a thing, maybe a global sticky for the first two weeks, or one, then have a sticky in General (yea I know, too many stickies already), one in H & A, possibly one in the forum Tripsis and Sith were going on about, any other forum deemed appropriate? As well, it could be listed that they will assist in RuneScape related questions to the best of their effort, along with assistance of the forums guaranteed? I'm in favour of that last one, it seems to be the one which would be the most useful in terms of the user and what they need. As well, if the Tip.It Help Center is used by Tip.It, you could implemented these people into it as well?

Charm droppers
Let's just hope Jagex keeps it this slow and hard. :
-
not about summonig :D
More bankspace is always welcome, that is law. ;) The chaos tunnel is extremely deadly for those without 70 hp+ I presume, so level 90s will find it useful in F2P. =S The new itnerface would have been good for old pking, but yet again...-.-

Summoning yes, but not like this.
I'm glad Jagex added a very difficult skill to the game, which makes all the morons who can't take the time to train it, angry. RuneScape deserves another skill on the same difficulty level as Slayer (well slayer isn't hard, just long, which is the same as summoning). It's a good skill implemented, stop complaining seriously, just wait a few weeks for the best possible way to train it is found, and then you can complain.

Tip.it Help Center! ~ (01-21-08) ~ Housing system [DONE]
They would never be rejected as who they are paired with isn't decided by them, thus they could not be rejected. All they could be is waiting for a long time until someone who meets what they need, or someone waits till someone comes in who needs them, would be the only problem, by captains post I get this?

CLOSED
I do not think that was the intention of that thread, nor was that thread needed with similar, extremely similar threads about the logo existing. So I still think it should have remained locked in any case, but that's not the discussion. And you should PM the issue more so over then making it public, because that was a weak way to present why we'd need the Mass PM. Scenarios like those are rare, and are not in the hundreds. Thus, it won't kill the people who want to make a complaint against the Mod, or Admins for a lock, for PMing the admin and mod. If in your situation the event happened every hour, then maybe the Mass PM would be needed, but then again, I think an overhaul of the locking system would be done first. ;) We don't need the mass PM, or multiple PM, simple as that. I highly doubt your going to need to PM more than 10 people at a time. If its that important, and because it never is that important, and if it were, it'd be extremely rare, and would need to have extremely could credentials behind it, then you could PM an admin/mod? to do it. It's just impractical to have it, when the amount of users who need it, aren't even past 1 (excludes mods/admins). Plus the amount of users who would abuse you it anyways, unless of course this system that we're discussing does get implemented, and then a few number of 'members' would be able to mass pm, but would hardly use it in my opinion. It's like giving guns to Toddlers. When they find how to use them, they will probably in most cases, in my opinion, use the guns to shoot each other to gain power/to be a bad - - -. >.> Even if this is extreme, it represents why we don't need the Mass PMs.

I enjoyed the entire post. ;) However: - Man power. - Dedication. - 10 to 20 hour service? - Do you truly believe people would give their time to help others? And for how long would they continue to be a 'buddy'?

The coming of age
Happy Birthday, should come and give you 18 spankings. The ages where there are limits are just generalized guesses on when the majority will mature, but how much of the majority doesn't drink, and the immature-childish-teenagers be when they mature, even if they can drink at 19, but act like a 13 year old? Then again, the age limits do cause good, and prevent many bad things probably. =P~

@Tripsis You could add it in the rules, somewhere in 1.6 to 1.9, changing the 1.9 to 1.10 though. Then again somewhere between 2.2 and 2.4, or just add it in to 2.2? And I have to go to school shortly, can't look in many places. >.> Yes, but we're unable. :

Obselete RWT stoppers.
They can take out the randoms that are useless, but then again they'd have to take out lamps, and M.O.M, as well as the new dragon one. Some of the randoms I've grown fond of, even if I dislike them. I'd just make them far less common, especially in Hunter/Alching.

omfg i think i broke my wrist
That's generalizing way too much. I've broken my shoulder, I could move it, and I had limited, but constant pain. I didn't think it was broken, but by the sixth day of pain, I decided it needed to be checked out, two hours later I had a cast and a sling. Pain tolerance varies, even if it's in select areas, as I broke my arm, and it hurt like heck, but my shoulder didn't and it was just a bit more than a hairline fracture. :-#
