  1. Or tweak the levels- most of the rewards would get ridiculously cheap going your way(500 tokens for bonecrusher/herbicide, 780 for scroll of life, 6100 for gravite weapons or 1300 for blastbox).
  2. The first warped floor will be available at 95 dungeoneering, along with 3 new bosses. You'll need higher levels for the other 3((or 4),likely above 100(should be 101;107;113), one of them might not be available until 113(or 119 if there is a final boss)). This is all speculation upon the previous trends of dungeneering, much like the levels to craft laws/deaths/bloods and souls once was/still is.

It does, and i think it's a 3 second delay(so not just 1 rapier hit). It's really borderline useful for meleeing frost dragons.
  4. Well, jagex doesn't make any guarantees(as we all so well know by now) but judging by the release of twitter/facebook pictures of warped floors update, it's coming very soon.
  5. It made sense to use diamond when they cost less than runite, but now that it's turned around, the specs of diamond just don't make up for the general damage loss. Frosts have really low ranged def(thus why ranging can yield around the same number of kills as melee).
  6. Firstly, you can use rune defender with normal antifire and protect/deflect magic. Secondly, I believe you would get more kills an hour with extremes than you would with turmoil, but because healing would become so much easier, i'd go with 95 prayer first assuming they are equal options. However, as 84(stew to 89 for att/str) is much easier to get than 95 prayer, it's a tough choice. And well, it's extremely hard to to give any profit figures at anything lower than maxed stats/equipment, so no, i can't help with that.
  7. Wait for the new batch(the number of which is anybody's guess, 3.749, perhaps?) destined to come out next week/month- then you are bound to have some new and interesting choices- perhaps even a melee amulet.
  8. Your argument for not crashing someone killing a boss was that they spend alot of money on supplies thus you are wasting alot of their money, but there are two problems with that: Time is money- a 138 switching servers 'loses' alot more money than a 120 switching servers, thus you could make the argument that the 120 is being a douchebag for not letting the 138 take his spot. Some people(like myself) train with very expensive methods- namely overloads, turmoil, CR and special restores, usually costing more than an average 120 bossing, thus it would seem like anyone crashing me would also deserve to be called a douchebag. In the last 48 pages, everything in this post has already been stated for atleast 10 times.
  9. Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I'm pretty sure that's a 400-500k loss per task not picking up the bones. Depending on how you value your time, how lazy you are and how good a connection you have, it can go either way. If you haven't got a bonecrusher, it usually isn't worth it to bury(because of the extra clicks).
  10. But then again, the style of the necklace doesn't go along with the style of other arcane necklaces... Can't really make a distinction of it's a wave/surge box or a bolt/blast box wither, but the first is more likely.
  11. Isn't that just one of the arcane amulets? Random guess is they're wearing that to show that the Pet/familiar might be F2p? But that wouldn't explain colored boots then... Idk  I'm more excited about just the floors. Nop, all the arcane necklaces look different. And well, the update won't change much in what concerns dungeoneering- faster xp, some more weapons and armor, little more variety, nothing groundbreaking. I'm more interested in the non-dungeoneering prospects of this update.
  12. Two things i am interested in from those pictures: The cape/cloak- not really a looker, but likely to have interesting stats. The amulet- chaotic amulet, perhaps? why not even a ring aswell? would make sense.
  13. Assuming you would otherwise be spending ~10 hours on the computer, it's true.
  14. Grimys sheets take the loot into account, so it's not that. From the tests that i have done, grimys sheets tend usually to overestimate the cost of this, although it is higher than any other realistic method. When i've tried it(~10k jars) i've got around 25-28 gp per xp, and if you buy the jars cheap, you could get down to 18-22 gp/xp. I think the price at which it becomes worth it is around 11k per jar. Edit: I think grimy has the wrong numbers for xp per bone. The chance of getting either bone from a jar is more or less exactly 1/30, so 1/15 overall, and one bone gives 1875 xp per on average((1500+2250) /2), for an average of 125 xp per jar. Grimy has the number as 106 xp per jar(likely using 1000 and 2250 xp per bone as the values).
  15. Really going out on a limb there, I mean, this guy isn't even close... I bet Phoenix will get 200M right after Wisely and Toony have done it(not all in the same skills, ofcource).
  16. Stick to? you mean start?
  17. xpx replied to SoulWars's topic in Help and Advice
around 1m less an hour than when cannoning, It'll also be more of a hassle to kill them(much more running around). Realistically, there is no reason not to cannon.
  18. Impressionist offers a theory, backed up with evidence and logic. You try to improve upon a better theory with mere squabbles- no experimental information nor logic. You try to convince us that it's normal to train with no real effort at all. I offer experimental evidence of your theory being incorrect. I offer realistic and tested information of how most successful/experienced players perform. What does Clownellius do? Get pedantic over which dimensions i choose to represent my data in. Get pedantic over my terminology of 'top slayers'. This is a discussion board. As far as i have seen in a number of clownies latest posts, he never even bothers to discuss anything, never offering a single argument(the bare minimum for any discussion). If this isn't love, i have no idea what it's supposed to be...
  19. What's your point? It's general knowledge that when you have a crowded spot, increasing the number of servers would fix or alleviate the problem, however, who is going to pay for that...? Certainly not jagex, i believe. They've been going the opposite way in the last few years, as far as i know.
  20. If you don't have the general knowledge of something, you simply don't post. It's really that simple. If i don't know the answer to a question in H&A, i don't go bladdering about what i do know. The other option is to educate yourself(which you didn't do). The answer to the question has long been answered by me in this thread. If you want it, you'll have to work for it.
  21. You can't always mention everything, that's where general knowledge on runescape comes in. Bandos is heavily crowded, TD's and DK's are usually OK(not having to crash). Armadyl and Frost dragons are empty(i think solo corp is usually empty too). All of those can earn around 4m an hour. If you don't like competition, you adapt to that, not run a petition for the community to adapt to you. And well, i'm completely fine with you agreeing to the fact that some of the more crowded spots should be about competition and vice versa. It's really what any of us have been trying to say- lower levels don't have to compete for the spots if they don't like getting crashed when they could make more money doing other things. We don't all think might is always right, but in some situations, it's necessary. Nothing more to it really...
  22. It is explained in the first post that there are really only three(bandos, td's and dk's) places where you would have any problems with crashing and there are ALWAYS better alternatives for them when you can get crashed. As i said, you should focus on some basic knowledge(before you get into heated debates posting false information).
  23. One thing i've seen from your posts is a genera lack of factual knowledge of runescape(which really degrades some of your arguments). Cave horrors are not a good moneymaker. In any case, bandos being VERY crowded is a MAJOR reason people resort to other options like frost dragons, TD's, Armadyl and DK's, so it's not like there aren't any other options, it's just that if you want to kill bandos efficiently, you HAVE to crash. And really, it's not like the lower levels have the only option of killing bandos either- it's just what they choose to do. If they don't want to be crashed, please, kill frost dragons, they are never crowded, thus why the highest level players believe crowded spots should be competed for. If you don't like the competition, you don't have to solo bandos.
  24. Yeah, it's so easy killing edgeville men, i have no idea why people aren't doing that... And really, the best thing i can do when i want to make money by killing graar is to solo and crash lower levels to find servers. Why? firstly, because i can't be crashed myself, and secondly, because i can make the most money while having the most fun while doing it. Sure, tough luck for the newb who gets crashed, but it's not really my first concern. There is no equilibrium of crashing when it comes to the elite(which is the significant reason for this thread, some people are seemingly in a win-win situation when you break it down). Firstly, only lower levels would realistically win in a situation like that, so there is no incentive for someone with maxed levels/gear to go with it. Secondly, petitions like that don't work. If a couple of hundred 85 slayer couldn't stop whips falling rapidly, this has no chance in hell of working. You've just got to adapt to the system.
  25. Wait, i can play that game too... If killing bosses in runescape required players to work together to maximize efficiency... You know this is going nowhere. What if's mean nothing. You are as wrong as anyone can ever be about the fact that people solo just because they want a single player game, and there is no real argument in it(teaming is actually much less risky and easier). Players adapt to the system, and if the system is flawd, why blame the players?
