I'm sure that's true for maxed players. I'm talking about the average player who attempts to kill Nomad. Saying it doesn't take any skill is pretty ridiculous. And yes, several Dungeoneering bosses take skill as well. That's why Dungeoneering is one of my favorite updates of all time (incentivizing the grinding, while rewarding it with fun gameplay, while having useful rewards and perks). i killed nomad without any 80 combat stats but hp, ammi skilled in doing so? not really the mechanics of the fight are pretty straightforward its just a dps/endurance race shady, this is what i was referring to. the fight takes no skill - it's just dealing damage faster than he can use your brews a fight like skele trio involves kiting, binding, use of multiple combat styles, correct use of prayers, as well as being tough monsters -

nomad does not require skill, just having the combat stats to kill him before you run out of your brews imo skele trio is a better example -
and turmoil is not? madness

Thats my point. Runescape needs more skill instead of relying on grinding for difficulty. well until jagex figures out how to add difficulty other than having bosses that onehit you, all there is for quests is reqs i think we actually might see eye to eye on this one -
trip to tds only lasts 40-60 minutes (if you get lucky with ppot drops)

yeah if you don't care about farming xp then it's not worth doing herb runs if you have high income

Getting levels isn't "hard". It's just time consuming. and what part of runescape quests, aside from the grind, is hard i haven't found one -

2 hours at dks i am beginning to think they don't drop elite clues -
sara sword is still better than korasi's sword with full void because you don't need defence, and sara sword has 2 prayer which is actually useful very close in this situation but sara sword is still better. -- also, at blackdragon and all is great: imagine how helpful H&A would be if everyone were as "nice and helpful" as you and just said "do wut u want 4 fun l0lz" he presumably came here because he wants help and advice regarding which is better, not to get told what to do for fun. if OP was just asking what's fun then he is practically stupid.

they said they aren't going to suddenly create a 95 quest req when the next highest is 75. they said they are going to build up to it. so your fears are unjustified i agree that many skills need to be more fun to train - hunter i'm looking at you -
people who think that 138s are godsword lending vending machines

jagex should remove rocktails from the game - i don't want to have to grind to level 90 to fish them jagex should remove turmoil from the game - i don't want to have to grind to level 95 to fish them jagex should remove strength from the game - i don't want to have to grind to level 99 to hit harder -
sara sword: 82 slash 82 strength korasi's sword + rune defender: 89 slash 75 strength sara sword is better edit: if you are using void: sara sword: 82 slash 82 strength korasi's sword + barrows gloves + deflector: 82 slash 82 strength (plus defense) so if you are using void with a deflector, korasi's is better than sara sword because you have a bit more defense i guess? but you give up the 2 prayer bonus, and you generally only use void when power training (where def doesn't matter) as a primary weapon i think it's safe to say sara sword is always better than korasi's, except i guess on metal dragons and the like where you would want to stab. can't say much about the spec (of course rapier is better than both sara sword and korasi's).

"almost completely useless" the scimitar is good for training attack from 60 to 70 (gonna exclude pures here who keep their attack 60, as well as people who use it for dangerous pvp) that's 500k xp, about 7 or 8 hours of training. nothing to get too attached to. you don't hear people going around saying "hey, rune scim isn't that bad..." because we use it from 40-60 attack?
-
OP is 95 attack 96 strength 99 defence not low levelled he should just get the sara sword, or better yet a rapier

how does it hurt you if i want to grind 200 hours for a quest? answer: it doesn't. let us nolifers do the quest and you can do every single other one. underground pass is not high level content. it's just an annoying agility obstacle that makes it "difficult". it doesn't even have a good plot IMO could you screencap your adventurer's log to prove you haven't played for 200 hours? i could certainly get many screencaps of various players' adventurer's logs that show that, in fact, this game is about grinding for 200 hours. -
8k tokkul a day 1 onyx = 17m gp = 2800k tokkul 8k tokkul = 48k gp not worth my three minutes to tele to karamja and run to the bank to get 48k's worth of tokkul (which may i remind you you can't cash in until over a year of visiting the banker). your income must be under 1m/h for it to be worth it -- the extra 16 bstaffs a day is nice i guess, double charms from bork if you aren't already 99 summoning -- falador elite does nothing but make a "more convenient" altar for switching to curses. in actuality the actual sennsisten altar is closer to the digsite pendant's teleport than the falador altar is to the falador teleport. -- seers and ardougne are the only really useful ones in my opinion

how does it hurt players who do not wish to grind 200 hours (which may i remind you is an absurdly arbitrary number that obviously came from your ass) for there to exist a quest or two that have high level requirements? note how those requesting a quest or two with high level requirements are not suggesting that there never be any quests with low requirements. we want there to be content for everyone, while you just want low-requirement content. -
10 herbs 5 maples
-
everyone knows that everyone in runescape is a 13 year old boy child
-
that would make it a mace, not a sword edit: which is why i find the blade to be ridiculous, as i said edit 2: @ OP, please don't be another undo, thx
-
they all look the same, and they all look bad imo because of the ridiculous looking blade
