If you wear Guthan's Set only and nothing else, when you die, you lose the Spear (hence why the 4.5m cost). If you were to pick up a c bow after you die and die again, you will lose the Helm (hence why its 2.2m cost) If you were to die Dharok's Set, you lose the Weapon first, then the helm. If you were to die with Verac's Set, you lose the helm first, then the Brassard (i believe, either that or the flail). Dont know about other sets.

What Sjake said will what I call bare minimum, however 5 prayer pots a trip is a lot for Barrows. I personally use only 1 dose a trip (though this is because I use a special method of slayer darting). A good barrower can narrow the p pot use to 4 doses a trip. What i suggest: Mage 70+: Slayer dart would be cost effective from here on, and Mage penalty will be less on you. 80+ is highly recommended Contrary to popular believe, Slayer Dart IS affected by Mage Bonus. The reason for this popular believe is that the above spell is pratically used exclusively on Barrows and Dagganoth rex, boss monsters with pretty much the worst mage defence in the game, so the spell hits them well regardless of mage attack bonus. Though what is correct is this: +50 mage attack bonus at high mage is utterly useless, because you cant hit any better/ Defence 80+: This will not only protect you from Verac, it will also allow you to kill Guthan and Torag without using prayer. Just use melee gear and dart away. Prayer 60+: Makes prayer pot more efficient Ranged 70+: For Black hides or preferably Karil's Armor (better mage defence than hides, a good bit better)

if you have rings of dueling, fire runes if you just want pure xp. If not, use glories and craft bodies instead. Run to altar, glory back, repeat. Abyss nats are good money and xp too if you are willing to take the risk

1. You dont get xp from poison damage 2. Player inflicted poison is maxed at 6 as a starting (DDP++ or dds). NPC inflicted poison is max 11 i believe

You are supposed to Buy them from the guy in the shack that told you about the mountain path in Death plateau quest, the guy in burthorpe only put [bleep]es on them for you when you bring him a pair of climbing boots and iron bar (and as far as i know, [bleep]ed boots is only needed in Desert treasure)

Iron dragons will not actively get close to you if you get outside their melee range. All they do is fire their ranged breath attack at you and stay at their original spot. so as long as you do not run near the one attacking you, you should be fine. However you will need Anti-Dragon shield and anti-firebreath potion to stay there long enough BTW, if you find that you splash a lot on the dragons, it is perfectly normal, you are supposed to splash a lot on them
