The Sceptre can be used to teleport to barbarian village, has 5 (i think) charges before it is destroyed and you have to make a new one with the parts. Flesh Crawlers are lv 40's, Catablepons are about level 60 and Ankous are lv 80.

seers is also known as camelot bank, or cammy. Teleport to camelot and run west. I have no idea about xp, check it yourself is the best way though (just fletch one of each)

they dont cost anything. Its a reward from Family crest quest, you can get the gauntlets enchanted by the person who asked you to kill Chronozon. It increases the max damage of Air, Water, Earth and Fire Bolts spells by 3.

yes, all books have to have full pages to have the extra bonus (attack and defence bonus's). It will still have the +5 prayer when not full though

seers have quite a few thats right outside the bank.

you are supposed to splash a lot on them. they are dragons after all and have high def. Fire bolt with chaos gauntlets are your best bet

Zammy Book, +8. In fact it is the ONLY shield that gives ranged bonus.

Entrana has 4 unicorns. No weapons though. Just bring a glory, punch the unicorns and glory to draynor when ful.

yes it does. at lv 1, 1% restored per 7 seconds, at 99, 1% per 2.5 seconds. work from there by dividing 4.5 seconds by 100, multiply by your agil level and take the result away from 7.

Side step is not safe spotting, just wanna clarify that. Fire Bolt is your best friend (slayer dart isnt effective for you. you need at least 70 mage, preferrably 80 mage). Make sure you wear Chaos Gauntlets from Family Crest quest.

And helped by the race to 99 fletching.
