You must confusing it with Guthix armor... Guthix is the (green) one that worth about 1.3m out of the set, but Zammy plate (red) on the hand can fetch up to 1m alone. (900k pretty easily)

Its the Boat you ride during the In Search of Myreque Quest in order to get to the Myreque Hideout. Go through the trap door on the back of the Canafis Pub, walk down that path and when you go outside, head south. There should be an arrow on the minimap not too far south and that is the boat. The boat stops you exactly at the bridge from Mortton to Barrows.
