Probably if they hit a bit hard because they are lv 80's after all.

Currently 65 Agility I have tried the Werewolve course but i found it rather slow, is it really a slow course compared to Ape Atoll? (I tried both, and i was surprised how Ape atoll was smooth for my level)

No, No. You need Ancient Magicks to cast an Ancient Magicks spell, regardless where you are on runescape, that includes your house. This means that you need to complete Desert Treasure AND have Ancient Magicks on for you to make that portal

Get one more RC level and use the World 16 Air Company. What you do is you get a load (i mean a mother load, like 20k or something) of Noted Rune Essence along with Load of Cash, wear black robes, and runner will come looking for you to trade. You trade them 25 noted ess and 2k cash for their 25 unnoted ess. click on altar, move on to the next person. lather rinse repeat. You pay 1 ess and 80 gp per ess given, so about 100gp ea. Selling 6 airs at 15 ea yields 10 gp loss per 5 xp of rc, thats 2 gp per rc. This gets flipped when you get 66 rc, when you craft 7 airs per ess. you GAIN 5 gp per 5xp of RC xp. Does it look slower than Laws, on the outlook, it does seem that way, but the MOST crucial thing is that Law Crafters need to run a fair distance, as well as waiting for loading time, and in that time, you could have easily gotten 2 trades on world 16 and crafted them, thus completely balancing the total xp gain per hour. I would recommend that.

Set Effect great in pk'ing if AND only if you have the attack for it. It is godforsakenly slow to hit and doesnt guarentee better hits (Verac's set owns dharok's set big time)

37 rune defender ftw! Rune Defender for me ALWAYS. Obby shield is too old and getting old, not to mention that its defence, when training, is mostly useless because the monster is too weak to hit you properly, especially if you have Barrow armor on. Obby shield is good, but rune defender is better.

1. To get it there is only the Dagganoth Prime (one of the dagganoth kings) that drops the Mud staff, and it is dropped as a Mud Battlestaff 2. There is a Mud Battlestaff and a Mystic Mud Staff. You can only buy from other players or farm them yourself. There isnt anywhere in RS that allows people to pick Sweetcorn from a spawning point or a plant.

Steel bars would be sold around where Cannonballs and arrows are sold. However the sellers are usually a few and far in between. It is often easier to buy from World 1, unfortunately there are a lot of desperate traders there compared to world 2

A good way to check if an unstackable item is tradable is see if you can with draw it as a note. if you cant then its untradable, if you can, then its tradable.

Rune kite doesnt have the +5 strength I recommend Rune Defender as the shield, because your torags will cover most of your defence and hence it wouldnt actually hurt if you lose say 20 defence values for 20 attack value. Its pratically free as well. Keep the obby shield though if you are fighting ranged foes.
