actually its 10 + (first digit of your magic) I had 79 magic and i was hitting 17 max, when i leveled to 18, bam i started to hit 18's. Which makes it even better.

The ring is supposed to be Ring of Life The empty space in the inventory is deliberate, for space so i can equip arrows. I usually use my remaining prayer (after the nasty 3) on Ahrim, because he still hits me unusually hard (best record was 105 damage before i killed him, with my current stats and equip -.-) Lyre is to be replaced by tele tabs ^_^ i am chaning my equip however so i can do more runs before tele. now i do about 2 per trip (1 if i hit 10 0's on a brother, 3 if i am lucky)

Use a glass blowing pipe on a molten glass to make one, you need lv 49 crafting to make it for speed, leather, d hides or silver, take a pick.

There are a few reasons i can think of: 1. Burning is an issue, you burn quite a few (around 20% at about 70's cooking) monkfish, where as you dont burn any lobsters at the same level (with cooking gaunts). 2. It's way too far to get there for many people's liking. But i agree, it rules over lobsters anyday, i am my remaining lobsters as topping up food now.

Another Tip : If you did not encounter a brother until you come to a chest (and it hasnt appeared), switch to your prayer outfit, and drink the pot ONLY when a face of a brother you massacred earlier appears. this way you have the maximum amount of time for the same dose of prayer. You dont want to drink a dose only be drained by 13 because Verac's Helm popped up... Oh yeah, there is also something worth noting. The prayer drain frequency is the same regardless of the number of brothers you kill, however the drain strength is very simple : 8 + (number of brothers you have killed this trip). So if you have killed 3 brothers, each time a face shows up, its 11 out of your prayer, etc. There is about 5 spell casts between the drains. There you go, some (useless) technical info :P

its actually a screen shot saved as an image. Hit Print Screen, then paste into an image editor of your choice (i used mspaint), and edit it from there as you would with a normal image.

my drops were recorded for 6KC and all my results were recorded as accurately as possible. What my data shows that KC affects drops, but would it affect barrows is yet to be seen. EDIT : What i meant was there was NO drops from any of the categories (i had them there, but they were all 0's, so i deleted them) Recorded was a bad word, i rephrase it to "no drops from the above categories were observed"

20 kill count almost guarentees blood and rack drops, therefore you can make some money off the bloods and the racks (what i call R&R, runes 'n racks) so your runs wont be totally dry. Though it is up to you to find the best balance (speed and drop rates), so dont stick to a attack plan too rigorously, experiment a little bit and it may take you far.

Spear pretty much worth a set of verac :roll: :P

113? that sounds farmiliar..., he may have lagged though, since it is usually the cause of death in barrows in dharok tunnels. It isnt its unreliable, there are lapses in people's attention that lead to deaths like these (i died against torag for the record) Verac barrowing is pretty effective because you can just bring pray pots and rampage through the brothers.

my trip of 50 is done, on average, 1 barrow item per 10 trips for 6KC trips... EDIT Here is my Kill table: NOTE: Blood Runes, Bolt Racks, Dragon Medium Helms and Half Keys are not on this table because I didn't get any, zero, zits, nothing.... Special note to run 22... cash only plz.... -.-'

If you are poor though and do a lot of mage killing, chaos gaunts will work nicely as death substitute (1 less damage, but half the price). Gold Smithing gaunts allows cheaper smith leveling, while cooking gaunts allows you to be efficient with what you fish.

Kill Count will improve the Runes and other drops in the chest, however it remains to be seen whether it has an effect on the barrow items or no. 15 would be the maximum of the optimum number, 9 being the lowest, but good number.

Please for heaven's sake DO NOT put Value and how much GP your thing is worth together. They are 2 completely and utterly different things. For example, when the GP's are inflated, your barrow set costs 100m, and full dragon costs 500m, now your barrow set costs 100k and full dragon 500k. Does that mean the economy has been destroyed? No, the latter is the more NORMAL economy, while the former one is the heavily inflated one. Look at post WWI germany, everything was in billions (if not more), and if you had 1 billion, can you consider yourself be rich? of course NOT, because you can't afford a loaf of bread, so you are poor. The Value of Barrow and Dragon remains the same (5 barrow sets worth the dragon, and the demands for both is similar before and after con). Now your GP is worth more, so you can buy things with less GP. This means that poor people have a chance to buy things they could not have before, and those who are rich already becomes richer, because their GP worth more, so they can buy more.

Good work, at least its a barrow piece (unlike my Ahrim Staff >.<)
