  1. 400 * 10 = 4000, not 40000 however the shards are unbuyable at ge mid
  2. Q: I believe that's 1250 PER plate, not 1250 for 10 plates.
  3. From what I can gather, the darts are UNTRADEABLE. Also, the trader seem to be working now, was offered 10 lac for 6250 bamboo... i have 21
  4. The cape has 207 armor and 400 LP, 1.5 crit all for superior version. Darts are made in sets of 10, costs 1 bone and 100 asc shards per set, both MH and OH exist.
  5. Assassin and the Trapper have a duo, mine was 7 pearls. Sent out on a scroll at 85%, used both of my adv rerolls and got all 3 adventurers, port score now at 2409 Also, for those wondering where the new icons are, you MUST have sent a ship out on their Meeting story mission for them to show up.
  6. Didn't get that much from this sale actually, just got the last 2 DLCs for Van Helsing and nothing more. Don't know why :S Just finished Mass effect trilogy, replaying 3 atm.
  7. Chaotic Staff, Chaotic crossbow is out of the question because you need both MH and OH, which requires 300k tokens, and you already have Royal. You are saving for Drygores, so you will get limited use out of Maul. Staff would be your best bet
  8. I'd say because magic has easier time to completely negate some of the damage, since Magic can completely stop melee from ever touching you easier than ranged can, and melee has no way to avoid damage using distance, so probably in that aspect, void is better for magic.
  9. Based on total renown gained, including those you spent. EG if you gained 31k renown, your token will turn silver, regardless whether you kept or spent that 31k
  10. You'd probably need to convince Ana about that, she is usually involved if it involves someone/thing being killed.
  11. For comparison, Cave jad has 40k life points, Kiln Jad only has 7900.
  12. If you only Solo PVM, then you basically have 4 choices: 1. Level 90 armors : This is the best armor in the game so far, and there are set for all 3 combat styles. However, due to the fact that they degrade to dust, this makes their use very expensive compared to the next 3 choices I am presenting you. 2. Level 85 Player owned port Armors : This requires no initial capital in order to acquire, however getting the Armor will require at least several months of work in the port before you can get the sets, although you have all the levels required to make full use of Player owned port. Note this is applicable only for the SUPERIOR port armor, not the tradeable version. The tradeable version, although much cheaper in upkeep than the level 90 armor, also degrade to dust, where as Superior do not. The Tradeable version, IMHO, is probably not worth using for long term, and many argue that PoP armors in general are not worth using. Port is pretty good for QBD though. 3. Level 80 armors: These are Nex Armors, pretty much the most used kind of armor in the game. They have enough armor and Life to get by almost all solo PVM bosses, and they have substantial damage boost. I consider these to be number 1 buys if you have the cash. 4. Level 70 God Wars Dungeon armor (Bandos, Armadyl and Subjugation): These are not very expensive for sets, no upkeep either, but they generally tend to be a little low on the armor and life points boost. You can use these if you are farmiliar with the boss in question, although I think there may be issues of survivability. QBD's 6M an hour basically requires you to own a set of level 90 weapons in addition to at least one of 2-4, though if you use Drygores, I'd recommend only 2 or 3 (Drygores with either Superior Tetsu or Torva). That being said, with notable exception of Glacors, Drygores should be one of the first things you'll want to save for, and possibly work on Ports to get those armor in the mean time (again, I must remind you that to get the Superior port armors, it will take several months).
  13. Kiln, once you get used to it, is easier than Caves since caves have certain random elements (with regards to spawn locations, particularly Jad), which Kiln do not. The monster waves in Kiln will spawn in the same order, in exactly the same places, hence the only thing actually hard about it is the numerous Jad's (more because you have more chances to trip up the prayer switches, but the presence of booster crystals negates that and some more) and the Dills (these things can be annoying to kill, but otherwise easily manageable). The Final Boss, Har-Aken, is easier than Jad. If you can get through Fight caves, you shouldn't have much problem getting through Kiln. Kiln is very easy compared to Caves IMHO.
  14. It will be at your feet after you are ejected (IE outside the pyramid with you).
  15. Correct, both sets of armor costs 1.4x the original cost (1x original and 0.4x being reclaim cost) rather than 2x as it was in BoL This is true at least for gloves and boots
  16. Sorry, Had a major cockup in calculations... The overall renown surplus is actually only 96k over ther course of the event, and there is a 'waste' of 107.8k between Tier 1 and tier 2 So we are still 11,800 renown short, though that is easily compensated by getting a few alchemist randoms after tier 2 release, or just not buy 1 armor part from either side and get it at gwd
  17. After buying warpriest boots and gloves from bandos and switching to armadyl, you only have to pay the reclaim cost to get the armadyl boots and gloves. Recalculating the amount of renown based on that revelation, there is now actually a surplus of just under 160k renown over the course of the event. So yes, it's officially possible to get everything now.
  18. Awesome, now I waste even more renown because there is no longer an outlet for the renown...
  19. Any one know how long each phase will take? This question is the pinnacle of how hard it would be to get the renown...
  20. For those wondering, I had a read on Wiki, the Alchemist random event randomly occurs when a caravan passes over a node, so look around the node before catching up to it, i have yet to find one. Generally there isn't a lot of people on the convoys
  21. Call me OCD, but I absolutely hate leaving a time-limited event without getting as much of the reward as actually possible (making it extremely hard for me to pick a side and stick to it)
  22. The 42.8 day figure is, 2 sets of armor, titles, emotes and 1 set of abilities. Also, I have found an issue with renown between phase 3 and 4: The amount of renown required to buy out all of t1 is 104k, making it 208k for both sides. During the 14 days it takes to get to tier 2, a total of 420k renown is gathered assuming 30k a day. Leaving us with 212k spare. Here is a kicker: T2 reward for 1 side all only add up to 178k, leaving us with 34k renown (just over a day) that we cannot use to buy the reward from the other side... meaning that in addition to the 24k renown we are short, we must also waste another 34k between t1 and t2... Thus we must, at least, make up with 58k of renown. Adding insult to injury: T3 rewards total 439k, meaning 19k of that catching up can only be done during t3... Basically, unlike the rewards for BoL, then rewards for BnB lacks forethought and has been made (whether intentionally or not) it extremely hard for those who want to get both rewards.
