The actual loss of success for most voyages taking a merchant into account is closer to around 10~20% in worse case scenarios (10~20% of the success chance that is, so for example, a 80% success would perhaps drop to 64~72%), so merchants are, under almost all circumstances, are better. The only merchant that is dubious is Ardougne shopkeeper. Also, for normal goods, it is always better to go for the higher reward voyages, their average good per voyage is much higher than lower ones.

The Silverhawk boots is one of the more viable ways to train agility without actually training it, hence why feathers are valued so high (generally the xp they give makes the feathers usually 'worth' it, depending on their price and how you value time).

Going with RC seems the most beneficial overall in my opinion, reason being: 1. 90 RC is used to attract Occultist, which lets you start ports 2. 90 RC is also used to craft Seasingers 3. The Occultist offers voyages that yields Chi, which is used to make Seasinger's so basically for any one skill, 90 rc is almost entirely self-sufficient, while cooking is indeed easier to get, The cook doesn't actually offer that much spices on his voyages (bulk of the spices are offered by the assassin).

Yes, but since they are not going to risk it anyway, it won't affect the demand of the armor, at least in your scenario From what I can see, the protected warpriest isn't suddenly making the set usable in places that weren't (mostly those places are because of warpriest themselves, rather than the risk of losing the armor. The only thing i can see is that people will go to bosses that they were reluctant to go because of the possibility of losing armor (which, frankly, can mostly be worked around anyway with or without the golden armor).

Well that made it made my day, finished all of my Naval outfit and have enough Po8 to supply me for two months, and that's just today.
