I know, im gonna sound like an idiot.. BUT you can do mm with range and 1 pray, pures do it all the time. Don't quiz me on it but I think you can lure the monster so it gets trapped then range/hally it wo death.. Other then that I would go with t hammers.

Thats my favourite, got a dds a the agil place from a lvl 107 :D i had on full addy and he nothing, he dds'ed me 4 time, I did the same then he had 9 health, and the other agil trainer came up and speced him for a 9 ;D

Your strategy sounds very good, it seems like you know what to do, and your prayer looks like it *might* be high enough so you dont need iniciate but dont quote me on that.
