I really liked the gnome series, too bad they messed it up with Eyes of thingie. That's just a stupid quest.

How much is 85 magic without lvling hp? TB+zammy flames for 30= phr33 dragon pl0x? Imo lvl 3 skillers are plain stupid, combat is a big part of the and you'll miss a lot of fun things if you don't train it. But if you already have a main it's just great fun :P .

Visit tears of Guthix till you're 15 and then buy tons of acorn seeds. Plant them in the various tree patches and check health them when they're fully grown. This gives you a whopping 1500xp per tree. You can plant willows and maple trees at lvls 15 adn 45 respectively. They give even more xp.

And you have to "use" the items with the guy, not just talk to him. I did that and made 3 unnecessary trips .

Don't bother buying a fury unless you're a staker or have tons of cash to spend.

The spiders at lvl 3 security stronghold are excellent training, they have no drops though.

If you were to back and do it, then yes.... but the first time through.... no. The first time... Yes, that quest is overrated. The secret to succesfully completing this quest is a series of prayers called "protection prayers". Underground pass was much harder, and I haven't even started regicide. I haven't tried out the crossbow yet, I might try it. 2k is rather expensive though.

Shade burning may be great fun and xp, but it's the only use of firemaking in the entire game. That's why it's such a stupid skill. And it is easy to level, 1 log gives you what, 300xp? I still respect people with 99 in it, but it isn't nearly as hard as some other skills.

You'll need to do 7 parts of the recipe for disaster quest (I'm not sure wether it's possible, you could gain unwanted xp, check tip.it guide). After that you should be able to buy ruen gloves in the Lumbridge chest. They require 40 defence and give +4 strength I think, and some pretty nice other bonusses too.

Increased Barrows drop rate? You wish mate, 20 trip dry streakand counting -.- . But gl on your goals, it looks like you (unlike others) are going to make them. One day.

Insane melee stats, and trust me, you won't regret getting prayer and magic.

I'd love to see a lvl 70 pure with 82 magic and strength in full Ahrims -.- . Imo the defence reqs are needed, and to teh guy that wanst Ahrims to have teh same stats as rune armour: Why give mages armour that gives a +100 mage bonus the same stats as rune armour???? Rune armour has a huge mage penalty and you want rune armour with a huge mage bonus? =; No way. Oh and the Krils spec is bad it should be changed.

We have both the gliders and the spirit trees, so I doubt we're gettign a tele gnome spell... I don't think we're getting any new spells at all. We've just had the Lunars.

How on earth do you people get 100+? I have 163qp and I average 50 :? ... But I guess I'm just really bad at it.

I'm a monkfisher (is that even a word?), and I'd never bother selling my monkfish. The select few that can catch them do so, and the rest doesn't care about monkfish. I doubt they know any fish besides lobsters, sharks, tuna and swordfish. The last 2 only because they come together while catching them. It's also too much of a pain cooking them, you won't stop burning till you reach 94 and that's a high burn rate compared to other fish.

If you care about drops, Moss giants are excellent seed droppers. I fyou just want to get there asap, I suggest the lvl 50 spiders in lvl 3 stronghold of security. They're agressive, so you can browse forums and listen to music while training. Thanks to those 8-legged peeps I now have 70 70 70 melee stats :) .

Most peopel that I know that have your level have around 1100, and they say I train too much (1321 I think), so you're fine imo.

He probably wasn't being serious, but still... :lol: ! I hate people who beg for spades though (everybody seems to be talking about it ), noone is going to give them one yet they still keep asking. Grr.

I'd be glad to help, I've done the quest but I can't let an oppurtunity to show off my greegrees pass :XD: . I'll take some antipots with me in case anyone needs them, and some food if necessary. I need 5k alchs to lvl 75 magic so I know what to do...
