Are you trying to start the quest? As far as I recall, that's the only part of the quest that involves Grubfoot. Make sure you have all the prerequisites taken care of.

It's not unclear at all. I've been attacked by revs in the volcano before.

Greater demons are also now found in the wilderness volcano, which is certainly much safer than the demonic ruins, although still risky.

The item you need to get is called long, sharp claws. Regular gorak claws won't work, but you can get them from goraks.

I would start by doing as much of rfd as you can. The gloves really get good as you complete more of it.

I would send a bug report because I doubt this was the intention. I did send one, and i hope it gets fixed soon. Doubt it. It's been like that since the quest came out last year.

If you're in the middle of Defender of Varrock it messes things up for All Fired Up. You'll have to finish DoV first.

From my experience the exact opposite happens. Items that my familiar drops are gone within a minute or two but items I drop myself stay longer.

How far are you in the quest?

Whatever your familiar was carrying is dropped on the floor when it disappears.

You could try camping at one monster for a while, and then when you get tired of it switch to another monster. Repeat until you have your desired cash amount.

In your POH it's called "Book of the Elemental Helm". Are you sure it's not in there?

Your calculations look correct. I've heard the ratio of summoning exp to slayer exp is about 0.8/1, but don't quote me on that. And yes, you do get exp for damage your familiar does. You will get exp in attack, strength, defense, controlled, ranged, or magic depending on which familiar you use.

tears only works for levels above 30. On topic, just buy some planks and make chairs and such till 10, shouldn't cost much. They still work. You just don't get as much exp if your lowest skill is under 30.

Looks like a bug. I'd just report it to jagex and either keep trying or do something else for a while.

I can answer the second question. The stock does carry over between worlds. In your example, world two will be sold out.

FoG and BA both supply free runes. In BA you get exp for casting the spells, but not for doing damage.
