But my idea was that F2P gets the long capes like the colored ones and the Chocatrice cape: ... and F2P just gets the decorated cape with the picture and such (and trim if more than one 99). NO shoulder pads, NO emote. Just cape + trim. Perhaps make the cape longer if needed. Maybe hood? Perhaps leave the hood out too to keep the flamers happy. :?[/hide]

I also don't get why you need other people to tell you what's fun and what isn't. Why can't you reach a high level first before asking what else there is to do? And if you tell me you "don't have the time" to reach a high level, then at least with what you know from the game already, you should be able to determine how much more "fun" RS will be when you're a few levels higher with a few more pixels in your bank.
