The first thing that came to my mind when I read this was... by asking this question, are you asking that Jagex make randoms appear in front of you merely for the purpose of free items? You don't want them to be time-consuming and you don't want them to prevent AFKers/botters... you just want them to appear briefly, hand you something, and disappear? :?
