  1. If you want to melee them, here's what I would use: Neitiznot > Proselyte > Initiate helm Fury > Glory > God stole > Zammy symbol > Sara Symbol Fire cape > Trimmed skill cape > God cloak > Other Proselyte top > Initiate top > Monk top Proselyte legs > Initiate legs > Monk bottoms Dragon boots > Rune boots > Climbing boots Barrows gloves or best rfd gloves you've got. Wealth/life/berserker/warrior ring Dragonfire > Antifire shield Dragon scimitar will be your weapon for strength training. Use prayer potions and antifire potions. Bring an axe, super attack and strength potions, money to get in, a teleport out, some alching runes, and a little emergency food.
  2. Unbelievably rude. Maging steels is a great way for a low level to get some cash and magic exp. No it isn't. It's a great way for them to lose money though.
  3. You heard incorrectly, especially for something with such high magic defense as steels.
  4. I'll probably try this out after I've gotten 99 magic at rock lobsters, it sounds interesting! Thanks for another great guide Qeltar
  5. Not a bad trick if you don't have an SGS, I forgot about that weapon! No hp restore probably makes it worse than SGS though. I'll add that to the first post, thanks!
  6. Don't use void. Use mystic if you can't be bothered to repair Ahrims, but you're going to spend a lot more in runes if you use void.

The exp is the fastest solo (meaning without any essence runners) runecrafting method I am aware of. The money is significantly worse than laws/deaths though.
  8. I don't know the cost, but I know you don't want to use void mage. That set is reportedly awful.
  9. I got better at not doing that after the first try. Also, if you can get a video, you might try practicing the prayer swap by clicking on the screen just like you would if you were actually playing.
  10. I would advise against trying to halberd in the Chaos Tunnels, with the multicombat aspect and all. Black demons are pretty terrible charm droppers outside of the tunnels, too.
  11. viewtopic.php?f=12&t=749832 This thread was literally TWO UNDER YOURS.
  12. That should do it if you're wearing an accumulator. Might want to go with 1.5k addies just to make sure.
  13. There are rock LOBSTERS and GIANT rock crabs in Waterbirth. Neither are normal rock crabs. Rock lobsters drop mostly crimson charms, 2 at a time. Normally they wouldn't be great, except you can line them up and kill 9 at once with ice burst. Giant rock crabs drop charms somewhat infrequently, but when they do they drop a stack of ten. They drop mostly gold charms.
  14. Because mithril bolts are fail.
  15. Out of the options you listed, go with the crystal bows. Addy bolts are even better though.
  16. Crimsons are dropped well by waterfiends of course, dust devils, nechryael, skeletal wyverns and rock lobsters (though only if you're using multi attack magic on them- they'd be pathetic if you just killed one at a time). Blues are dropped frequently by kalphite guardians, gargoyles, wallasalskis (I heard this but haven't tried it myself), and aberrant spectors. Golds are common from fire giants, hellhounds, ice giants, and giant rock crabs. Greens are dropped excessively by bloodveld, iron and steel dragons. They are also a horrible charm.
  17. Aberrant spectors are amazing for herbs. Dust devils are great exp and have pretty good drops and charms. Jellies and Turoth drop tons of lvl 3 clues. Spiritual mages drop dragon boots all the time.
  18. Wrench is from Rum Deal. If you haven't done it, don't bother. As for the diamond bolts...Jad's ranged def is already pathetic, so I have a feeling rune would be better for the higher max hit.

Searching isnt that useful here... Guess how I found that page? I typed in "ZMI" and clicked enter.
  20. 2k addy bolts or so, put it in edit, and yeah I was considering snakeskin boots because my range isn't that good but then I thought that dragon boots have way higher defense Bring some rune bolts for jad, onyx if you can afford them (like 7k a piece O_o). Defense will matter very little if you do this right.
  21. Now try that with just the antifire potion. You'll find IT'S THE SAME THING. The prayer doesn't do anything.
  22. I would strongly recommend snakeskin boots, your ranged level is going to need all the help it can get. Also, if you have access to a holy wrench, I would suggest bring 4 super restores, the wrench, and the rest prayer potion. You'll get more prayer and spend less that way. What ammo are you going to use?
  23. I speak from experience when I say that mage prayer is 100% ineffective against metal dragons and the kbd. You can go try it yourself if you like.
  24. Tell ya what. Tell me the inventory and equipment you're thinking of using, and I'll tell you if I don't think it's a good idea. Whatever the guide says is probably fine though.
  25. I figured as much, but better safe than sorry. I hate having to tele from quest battles, and one high quality inventory is better than two tries with just sharks, money-wise.
