First of all. This thread won't change anything. People have been fighting over this for years. I know it's stupid! What do we know about Jagex plans? Jagex finances? Jagex intentions? #-o We don't know a [cabbage]! We just keep guessing and try to convince eachother and when an idiot posts we directly use that person as an argument tool. For example: a F2p player says: "We need free stuff cause members are getting everything". Member example: "F2p is just a demo, they don't pay for anything, they are just a bunch of freeloaders". Now people from both sides will use these 2 kinds of people to argue with other people. The next thing you know, it's a flame war going on. In a "Flame war" there are some legit arguments but most are untrue, stupid, insulting, and fiction. It has already started, I'm just waiting for some F2p'ers to post. (I hope they don't since I am one of them, not on their side but one of them.) I am on nobodies side. I stand with the people with common seense. Don't argue about something that isn't relevant to the gmae.

I am one of the 3 Leaders/Creators/Admins of a F2p skill clan. We have 2 Forum Moderators, 3 Event Coordinators and 4 Clan chat Mods. We see ourselves (Leaders) as people that maintain everything that has to be done for the clan that a member can't do himself/herself. Since we are Skiller Clan, we have no use for anyone to lead anyone, a skiller clan is more like a Community and less like a Organzation that needs leadership to function but if we let someone else be the Leaders of the clan there would be a totally different clan as people are different and make different decisions and this may not be liked by some, big changes like that could collapse the clan if the former Leaders were very much liked by the members. TFS was created 1 year and 3 Months ago, my first clan, creator/leader/admin of it since the start and still going strong. :mrgreen: My tips: Do everything by yourself for as long as you can. Treat every member the same, no matter what! The members are the clan, You are a member of the clan, the differences between you and the others are that you are the creator, the decider, the leader. Other members will only listen to you if you are fair to everyone and if you know what you are doing. "The members won't go into a dark forest by themselves unless you go in and add some light in it". But what if someone does go? Well, you should make youself needed, only you should have the ability to bring light into the forest. Conflicts between members will affect everyone, solve them in time and be fair. Most importantly, earn their respect! Just because you are the leader doesn't mean you are god, show them you have some knowledge about what your clan is about and respect others as they respect you. Don't be too soft or too hard, might be hard to know what's soft or hard but try them out and you'll find the way you should act.

The game looked like crap after I came back from my longest break ever. Probably one of RS's biggest updates had come out, RS2 and I didn't like it at all, I logged in and logged out. Took me another week to just give it a shot. Now I still play in that standard version, RS lags in HD and I just don't like HD. :-w I never really take any long breaks anymore, I don't play much but I always check prices and updates.

Nah..Money doesn't make me happy in RS. I know that since I got more than I need but still don't want to use them cause I am busy doing skills which are more fun than having the money and looking at them. :P But I love making them, the excitement of merchanting/investing, that's what I like.
