When I just got P2P I decided to mine 1000 rune essence for a little cash, back when there was no pure essence. I took my 30k and full green d'hide and headed to the range guild because it was the only one that I could enter. I went to the tower and in a few second the rangers killed me. I lost all the cash that I ever had! It didn't even take very much time to make the money back but it was just sooo depressing. Not to mention annoying when my brother started to make fun of me.

In the beginning of the guide you said that you would tell how to lure, but I don't believe that you did, unless you meant this: The thing is, I tried to use your guide, but I felt that I didn't really know what to do in the caves when I got to the point with a 90, 180, and 360 in one wave. I ran to a safe spot so the 180 could not attack me, but then I could not reach the 90 (I get hit a couple of time), so I tried to run around to the other side of the 90 so that it blocked the 180 from me. Then when I killed the 90, I got hit a couple more times from the 180 before I could run to another safe spot. Then I tried to get the 180 behind the 360, but I got hit again. Eventually through the several waves with 90's, 180's, and 360's the damage added up and I ran out of saradomin brews and then HP. What am I supposed to do? Also, I can't see the two images that show safe spots, it just says "image". How do I fix that?

A year ago I would have said the wilderness agility course. It was great fun when you didn't need to worry about revenants, and you could even bring a dds to kill any one-itemers who thought that they could just take your food. Now, though, I'm not sure. You would fail a lot at Ape Atoll, though.

I bet mostly herblorists don't even pick up tarromins. I sure don't. I only pick up ranarr and above. And I'm definitely sure that no one farms tarromins. The only tarromin that comes into the system is from low level herblorists that make a few strength potions to level up or from MTK.

They drop quite a lot of charms by the threes. Mostly greens.

Anyone else know a good or fun way of training range? :mrgreen:

I just unlocked 500 songs, and I tried to do the air guitar emote, but it wasn't unlocked. Then I unlocked 1 more song for a total of 501 and I got a message that I had unlocked 500 songs. :-#

Farms ranarrs and make prayer potions. Put 100% of MTK on herbs and 50% on coal or flax.

I'm pretty sure that's it's impossible to get the bull roarer back after you beat legend's. I'm curious though, why do you want to talk to Guojo?

I wanted to raise my range level from 70 to something more respectable so that I actually have a chance at the fight caves next time I try. So what's the best way to do it? I've used iron knives in the past but they were pretty boring. I hate training range so I maybe want to try a diverse amount of training spots and weapons. Any suggestions?

level ones - stealing from H.A.M. members level twos - guards level threes - I haven't gotten many, but I would say jellies

Invisible bonuses do not stack, so it is not a viable method to train slayer. It is not that good at training stregnth anyways. Actually, you are wrong. The bonus from the berserker necklace is a 20% damage bonus. It adds 20% to the damage that you would have done without it. It is not a strength bonus. So, it stacks with the 15% strength bonus of the black mask or slayer helmet. I'm not sure how good it is for training strength because I have never used one, though, but I hear that it is better than a dragon scimitar.

Yeah, don't feel like you're getting behind. Personally, I like to keep my melee stats relatively balanced, with strength usually 1-3 levels lower because I like using a whip and I don't really like having to use a dragon scimitar or other inferior weapon.

i think you mean change but anyway, things like this do happen occasionally. TBH, i have no idea how they happen or how to fix them. Sometimes updating things like your java works, clear your cache. But apparently the restart worked for you... so yeah. Maybe this could serve the rest of us, try the restart if all else fails. Actually, I would say to restart first before you try anything else. Nothing worse than doing too much to fix a problem that would just require restarting. Prime example: I was having problems playing a game and I thought that it had something to do with outdated video card drivers, so I went to my video card manufacturer's website and downloaded new drivers. Long story short, the new drives screwed up my frame rate so much that you could see the screen refresh ever-so-slowly from the top to the bottom when you scrolled down any page. I ended up going back to the old drivers, restarting my computer, and the problem was fixed.

I liked your guide so much, I fixed it up, taking out all the grammar mistakes and unnecessary capitalization. I tried to improve the guide while keeping the integrity of it sound. I hope you come back and edit this into your original post. :thumbsup: :mrgreen:

A good attempt at a guide but most of the methods seem outdated. Those monsters to train on seem too high leveled. I like your suggestion of going to the stronghold of security, but I don't think that people that new would be able to find tip.it forums. I would suggest adding more ways to train skills like telling what methods to use for a skill, say, hunter, from level 1 to level 99. Add different ways to train a skill, like a fast xp method and a slow xp but good money method. If you aren't 99 in a skill don't make up a way to train it, research what the best way to train it would be! I saw a great guide that had the best ways to train each skill on the RSOF but it was a bit outdated. You could perhaps make something like that but up to date. Good luck! rating: 2/10 but I am optimistic that you could improve it a lot!

I've been using slayer to train melee since flat 60's and now I have flat 80's.... Well I guess I'll use range. I guess I'm just going to have to live with hating it if I want a chance to get a fire cape. I failed because I only have 70 range. -.-

what's the best way to train range from level 70 to 80? Just post what you'd use. I'm looking for a way to like training range.

ahahaha it's just a game. You can role-play your character however you want. You can have your character worship one god or another if you wish, but the game should have no impact on real life, where you can also have whatever religious beliefs or lack thereof that you want. Some people may think that it is silly that others believe in a god that created the world, but they probably think that it is silly that others believe that the world was created from nothing in the big bang. Now for some actual argument, if you say that the universe must be created by something and you call that something a god, then what created the god? Is it just infinite? In that case, why can't you just say that the universe is infinite? I'm going to have to side with the atheists because for science, it seems, not knowing something is the beginning of the search for knowledge. For religion, it is the end. Now something for the religious people out there: religion may have started wars, but science ended them, such as with the atomic bomb. So don't use that argument.

Yes, but you can use the summoning protection prayer at the same time as any other and it also prevents your opponent from using scrolls.
