Yes, there's a division, but that division is signified by wealth. You obviously have no idea what kind of implications separating the human race has. Again. We're talking about separating the human race here. Two different species that eventually could no longer even breed together. Are you not seeing what I'm seeing? Where that could lead to? I'm not arguing that life should be fair to everyone. It shouldn't. But come on. The rich should not be able to turn into a super race above the rest of the world. You might think what I'm talking about couldn't happen, but with genetic engineering, the potential of what can be done is limitless. And with time, people could be able to change themselves in ways we can't even imagine. Notice your own use of the word "probably"? Like the gap between the rich and poor, the rich generally pair with the rich, poor with the poor. At times they do mix- but it's not like it's a common thing. Anyways, who's to say that they will no longer will be able to breed together? The rich already are a super race above the world. It's mostly our way of life (economically), but physically we get much better nutrition, better sanitation, better medicine, relatively it's the exact same divide. I will admit that if people found ways to turn people into superheros that things would go pretty much downhill.. but a division between the genetically altered and those that are not is no different than the division between todays rich and poor. Murderers usually become murderers because of their upbringings and environment in general, not their genetics. Possibly- in what ways were you thinking that chaos would ensue? Ya, like making sure they don't get a horrible disease is immoral. In the eyes of humans, perfect is relative. And it's not like everyone is going to be able to "make" their child. Unless the goverment somehow found a way and reason to fund it for everyone in the world o_O. People aren't going to be identical... just with better traits.

Geez... making your child not only sounds morally unjust, but think about the ramifications that'll have when everyone seeks to make their child become "perfect" :? . I can see using genetic advances to cure diseases in children, but it's going to be hard finding where the line is.

RS accomplishments often feel hollow to me. Can't explain why. I've often already set a new goal before I reached the original one. Got my third dragon spear a week ago and went like "Oh. Look. A dragon spear. Right. ... Ooooh, dinner's ready." Time for a bit of a break for a while, I think. Meh, if Barrows items are exciting, no matter if one's still playing or quit. Levels kinda became pointless for me though >_<.

It's more terrifying to cop a bullet in the face from a guy with a name like Hello Kitty than some pretentious kid calling himself DarkSlaya992. Ghost Recon so freaking hard. So it's nice to take a grenade launcher or anti tank rocket and shoot your own guys. And I totally agree, more terrifying to get own't by someone named Dora The Explorer than Celt23. One time on a multiplayer game it was a terrible experience getting whipped out by someone named Rubber Ducky. How true. And geez, that sucks :lol: . Grenade launchers are always nice (and hilarious), no matter what the name of your opponent is... *enemy player runs out in Nowhere, 5 seconds into the game, with no one in sight, he gets blown up by a long distance grenade launcher from an enemy* "WTF!?!". Ah, the pleasure one feels from blowing up someone sniping in the fence hole from a couple hundred meters away... good times, good times. Geez, with my Xbox recently broken I'm going into GRAW debt -.- .

My sis does that a bit, but it's usually jokingly, and she only does "brb", sometimes "lol". She accents all the letters when she says it (I have no idea what the term for it is, but it's just humorous the way she says it I guess, almost mocking chatspeak), so I don't really have a problem with it.

I see names that try and get across ideas like that a lot when I play Ghost Recon. Usually I end up having a sniping fest all over their face, so I've learned to realize that nearly everyone is not going to live up to that kind of name :lol: . And even if a guy did live up to the name, he lack of originality isn't great.

Personally, I'd say no. It's not unique or all that clever, and odds are that there are plenty of other people on the internet who have the same username. Plus, if you ever become famous, it'd be nice if Google actually was able to find you 8-) . There'd be only 23 people with 1 letter names. You'd be one of 23 in a 1 million player game. That deserves a second look. I'm not talking about in game (and neither is the topic creator, I think), I'm talking about general internet username(s). For example, every one of my usernames on the internet has "Reb" in them- it's not just a Runescape thing. If it's like Runescape or some other game where no one else is allowed to have the same name as you, that'd be awesome to have a one letter username reserved. But if we're talking about the internet in general (not just a small area), where there are 100s of millions of people and no rule against two people having the same username (except on the exact same forum), I personally would never go for a one letter username. Three minimum.

I'd take out the "dragon" part if I could, due to it being so overused, but oh well, it completes the acronym I guess :lol: . If you want it original, it's always good to stray away from actual words in the English language (ex: I was thinking of "Rebirth" or "Reborn", but they're so cliche and common that it would be stupid to use those). In all honesty, the best name on this forum is "Tripsis"- totally unique, yet it still sounds cool (and rolls off the tongue nicely); it doesn't sound cliche or dorky in any way, shape, or form :P .
