  1. Call me crazy, but it sounds like someone needs help getting a pic for Ebay. Then again, I'm paranoid.
  2. That baffles me as well. Not really a point in talking about it on a Runescape fansite forum though; it's a kind of annoying topic for everyone. Everyone (well, hopefully everyone) is going to hit that realization phase that they're farming on their computer. Just give it time. [Edit]
  3. Totally disagreed, btw you're not funny. What, can't you read? See view 3. Would you like to justify your response? Or can't you string a coherent sentence together? :-s Though I personally found your post to be pretty hilarious :P  , let's not start some random flame war over such a small matter :-$ . And I'm not sure, but has the white community of America gotten past the whole "gangster" phase that the whole country was going through? I dunno, but my 16 year old sis still think she's gangsta #-o .
  4. Hmm what evidence do you have to support such a bold statement? you = lack of humor ;) I hope you're joking  Sarcasm and jokes can be difficult to detect over the internet sometimes, especially without emotes  . Nonetheless, I personally find it pretty obvious you were joking :P .
  5. I hate having to bother selling cheap items (Rune, half keys, cheaper items, etc) as they take too long to find a seller, for me anyways. Both because of that and the fact that I rarely play I often find myself handing out Glories or a Rune item or some other random thing to help a newb get on their feet, or just for some random good cheer. Trust me, I gave a Glory to some random level 60 player in Rune with a strength ammy last week, and that 60k was nothing compared to her reaction. It's not like I'm going to use them anyways (seeing as how one might say I've "quit", though I hate the term), so why not give them away and help someone else? Though it's nice to see more good cheer around Xmas, I hate how the only reason the holiday is famous is because of all the marketing. Heck, all the day really is is some Roman holiday celibrating the Sun god that the Christians stole and warped. Not like it's a genuine Christian holiday  .
  6. I'm going to have to disagree on your argument that skilling is fun. Nonetheless, though I believe that cutting thousands of trees down or running through PC a couple thousand times or rushing through the Abyss another couple thousand times isn't fun, I can see how finally reaching goals is. Achieving a goal for a blog, proving your skills to your friends, getting an ultra-flashy 99 cape, or just simply seeing those sparkles over your head after any level has to be a lot of fun. That's kind of the way it is for me. I don't like the Barrows as it's boring, but the joy I feel when I open that chest and a Guthan Helm pops up in my inventory drives me to keep doing it. Same thing kind of goes for my Magic training. I HATE any forming of skill training (though multi-tasking PC was very easy), but finally being able to Barrage was great. Not as fun as I thought it would be to get the level, but it was cool. (But damn does Barraging cost a ton....)
  7. First off....who really cares about what you think....just to get that out of the way. Way to start off a post. I believe he's referring to the fact that people are still aiming for 85 Slayer from low levels, which is a total waste of time. Even with all the time spent into getting 85 the low price of Whips makes it less of a profit then Abyss crafting, which takes basically no input of effort to do in comparison to the months of "no lifing" for 85 Slayer. Wow, way to attack someone for not doing something they don't want to do. Your mom must be so proud. Anyways, I'm no mathematician but with the speed of the Abyss I believe 44+ Nat crafting is very close to the average hourly income of Abyssal demon slaying, if not surpassed it.
  8. King of Riots 8-) . Hate you, but I gota admire your ability to make a number of pages of rioting equivalent to the number of words you put into the sentence to start the riot  . Dude, you were my hero before I joined Tip.it. Your detailed guides on the Dagganoth Kings on the official forums are what drove me to become a DK'er. In fact, I went into my first trip solely with the information in your guide, without even knowing what the Dagganoth Kings looked like , nor knowing the people I was DK'ing with  ('cause back then people just posted they were going on a trip and random people signed up). And that was back when RSB'er competed for drops (couldn't trust anyone), everyone wore rune, and everyone used charged God Spells  . Good times, good times.
  9. Lol, the more people know about these codes the harder it's going to get for people to get in by reloading  . Myself, I just added World 2 to my Favorites after getting to the login screen. Havn't had a problem with doing that in months.
  10. Well, we already know for a fact that Hunting is an easy skill to level and that 70% of 'Scapers have waaaaayyyyy too much free time on their hands.
  11. Eh, I get a fair amount of random hyt's in game, but I wouldn't say I'm famous. That's basically for other people to decide though, and the only reason people would say it is because I make nearly all my posts in General P2P (they being people frequent to the General P2P forum), that being about 2000 within the year. I rarely make threads, I don't lead anything, I don't have nor have I ever made a blog, rarely go to TET events, I'm definitely not famous in any skill or aspect of the game, and to add on to that I rarely play more than 5 hours of Runescape a week. Hard to be a famous Runescaper on Tip.it that way  . Anyways, it's not really my decision whether or not I'm famous >_<. Naw Fresh, your famous. Your the "chick who likes to bite everyones' heads off for fun." :P
  12. Hit the nail on the head right there. PC has completely annihilated the level:maturity correlation. Rs2 probably hit that correlation pretty hard too, but being a "Rs2 product" I'm not entirely sure how Rs2 affected it. Though I would never use the term "PC product", as I would be insulting myself and my method of finishing my Magic training  .
  13. It's ironic that the arguably toughest boss monsters in the game are "great for relaxing." Sad, but true. I'm guna have to go with Dag Kings too, that or Castle Wars or Ancients. That's my Runescape life rapped up in a sentence  .
  14. Lol, guess I'm to blame this time :o. If this really was over a year old when I posted, how was it on the front page for me? Wth... forum glitch or something? I'm also noticing a weird pattern in this thread- there are few posts on the same day, and it seems like every post is a few weeks to a month apart from those before and after it :-k .
  15. So says the man overly scrutinizing a few words of the author that were written in such a way as to evoke emotion from the reader. And is it just me, or is anyone else seeing more and more of those "I don't care" and "this thread is pointless" posts recently?
  16. gotta love those bunnies!! Dude, Screech, that's f'n hilarious  . As for the guide, it's one of the best "Castle Wars Basics" guides that I've ever seen. Anyone who's first starting out at CW should definintely read this guide. Good job :P .
  17. Magic, easily. My next best stat is Fletching at 85, and Magic is 30%+ of my total experience :o.
  18. Do you even know what inflation is? Anyways, as said before this is a lot like Dragon is/was. No need to repair it at all, which makes it very good both on its own and used in the fashion wakka pointed out. That and the shield rules. And 60M, lol, they JUST came out. It's not like the price isn't going to go down a ton soon.
  19. I have to say that I love this bank, though I think I liked your older version better. The complexity of this new bank worries me because it may not be good for Jagex as it doesn't exactly appeal to their target audience, i.e ten year olds. No, that wasn't sarcasm (though I almost thought it was reading it again  ). The shift from a simple bank with one simple section and easy buttons with easy to understand text to this advanced bank, with pics rather than text, slots, extra dropping options, splitting up items, locking items, etc. may be a pretty big and difficult-to-accept change. I bet it'd be a huge pain for first time players  . I can just imagine the looks on their faces when they see that bank on Tutorial Island  :ohnoes: .
  20. I hate it when anyone with an IQ under 75 talks to me. Meh, so I hate nearly everyone in Runescape, oh well. It's not like I can't put them inside a cube and laugh.
  21. It's a general rule not to go with someone you wouldn't trust with 10M. Anyways, it's nice that you gave us a name, but the list of betrayers at the Kings is so long that it'd be impossible to ever complete >_<. I'm pretty sure every DK'er has been backstabbed and lost a spear at least once, me not being excluded >_>. Well, I guess we could try listing people Tip.iters should never go with, to ensure at least a little more safety at the Kings :o .
  22. Yes, it is pathetic to get your fun out of ruining other people's fun. The most pathetic form of entertainment that exists. You can't seriously tell me that crafting thousands of nats in a completely repetitive cycle is fun  .Them PKers make it interesting and shake things up a bit if you ask me :P. (Note: I'm not a runecrafter, but if I was I'd rather get a little fighting and winning in every few runs rather than craft 100K nats with no challenge or break in the monotony :P )
  23. Dang this is looking interesting, especially that strength bonus armor... And anyone got some stats on the mage armor? Too lazy to look through the thread  . ^Oh, and Pokemama, here is the true side of Pikachu ( :P ):
  24. I'm loving a lot of these outfits :o. It's so hard to choose :ohnoes: .
