  1. Yes, that sig specially the BG reaches Jeppoz's level. Congrats on winning, that is an awsome sig. :)
  2. http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iabr9qd3068 You can't rip an extinct Rex.
  3. There's one with a cat that just casually comes and takes it away with its mouth. On topic: Make sure you added link correctly or uploaded the right image format.
  4. Yeah I originally drew reflections in the mirrors but some had reflections of other mirrors which ment double or tripple reflections and it obviously took the view away from the main object. I tried some new colors and shading on this sig. Thanks for comments all, enjoy the sig Kelly. :)
  5. Is the canvas one in the same site? A couple more sketches: http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iabloq5nkpc http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iabloq5nkpc
  6. To save a piece so you can show others, send it to an email and copy the link that is given to you afterwards in the same page.
  7. That was supposed to be his tail bent to the side not a wing lol. This is fun, I drew my hand with the monitor screen as the only light source (lights are off): http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iaan9z1ffijw
  8. The statement above is 100% accurate. Very easy to learn and use program, do not underestimate it. You don't even have to download it if you have Windows. :)
  9. Cool this is like InkLink but there's no time limit and it records your strokes, I tried it out: http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iaam4v31ayc I still got to work out the shading in that program, but it's very interesting. Nice technique on the eye, looking forward to more of yours and hopefully other people's works on that site.
  10. On the fairness of the higher payers, the sigmaker should make the high bidding sigs first as they are willing to pay more. If you were paying more than everyone else, wouldn't you want to have your sig done first? :) People don't bid high without knowing what they're getting themselves into. If anything I think you will be lucky to have your sig done soon before the prices go even higher. :)
  11. Yes please, just make a brushed contest separate from this. I noticed some of the sigs only have one noob when there were supposed to be a lot lol.
  12. Ok posting mine after I save and upload. Oh man lol. EDIT:
  13. Ok whoever is going to come up with the idea has to be original and do something that no one could ever think of making so the chances of starting a sig early don't work. They also have to post it here, not PM to anyone. :)
  14. Awsome another speed comp, last one was funny. :) Put me down for it, I'll try to be on when it starts. Good luck to all again. :) X-man
  15. That's quite cool for a first one. :) Isn't there a way to add some cast shadows to it? Because everything subconsciously appears as floating instead of resting on the object bellow it. Great work nonetheless. :)
  16. Wow very good stuff, I can't wait to see the entire pic finished. :D Hair is done incredibly real.
  17. That's awsome. :D That's some great shading and texture at the same time. Everything looks very 3D and realistic. The bottom of legs may be the only thing that aren't 99.999% as good as the rest, but that's barely noticeable and I'm sure the entire pic was extremely hard to do. The whole person looks incredible. 10/10 :D
  18. I do not know you, but welcome back to tipit. :) You have some really cool work and good luck with your shop. :) X-man
  19. Just so you know someone offered 600k for it, so it obviously isn't too much... uh huh... either that person is stupid or your just saying that to get people to pay that much for the sig you must be stupid, that is one of the best pixel sigs i have ever seen in my opinion foxs work beats mrxman and jeppoz shore cartoony is good and all, but try zooming into that sig and see the sading used to make it look so realistic No way Fox beats Jeppoz, TJ does all his pixel sigs PIXEL BY PIXEL, you can really tell his sigs are made 100% "by hand" without special effects or shortcuts. Fox's work is very impressive and I could never go up to that level, but I enjoy making my sigs cartooney and simple. :) The price of any sig depends almost solely on the buyer, not the seller. The majority of the sig customers are not artists (no offense) so they may not choose a sig on the same terms as a sigmaker or artist would. While I can see that sig having no problems receiving those high bids, it still depends on a buyer who likes exactly what's in the sig. Most people don't like leftover sigs or uncustomized sigs because they can always have their own made, meaning second hand sigs are almost always worthless. I remember a sig I made for a supposedly 2 million gp had a full animation of a guy on top of a hill throwing an axe at the viewer, it took me a LONG time to make that sig but buyer disappeared. I ended up selling the spare sig for 200k I think to JonathanLee.
  20. Thanks for all the feedback all. :) Azvareth, I know what you mean, I just aim for a cartooney look to keep things fun and simple. I think less seriousness and accuracy leaves more room to enjoy the concept or message portrayed in the sig. :) I also never draw people out of my head in RL so I try my best in my sigs. About the red text, I also sent Mahatma a blank sig so he can add a better text he may like. MSpaint doesn't have good text, but so far many people have liked the font "Hobo". :) Quer, sometimes I don't want to remember those days lol. I tried adding a bigger effect from the torches but the sig became a bit confused. :? Ran, I'll watch the Dragon Sword more carefully next time. :) But, as far as I know, there are no chainsaws in RS. JK, you got a great sig. :) Korla, MSpaint is tough to choose colors from. Again, I try to keep the sig cartooney by not using too many serious colors. :) Thanks for the comments all, I enjoyed making this sig, quite different. X-man
  21. Save them as png, jpeg, or gift (png having best quality and file size), upload them in http://www.imageshack.us, then use the IMG tags in the forum to post them here. :)
  22. Awsome, I like how you exagerated the facial features to bring them out more. :)
  23. The best ideas come from the object you are drawing, not other artworks. If it's for RS, the best inspiration would be RS itself. For RL, I'm sure google and outside can provide great pics to draw from. Your skill will come from practice. :) X-man

MSPaint is all you're ever need for pixel sigs. No need for more. X-man
  25. I think you should add some more depth perception to the objects in the sig, so it doesn't look a bit flat. Try making the feet come down just a bit, and the pile of dirt have a rounded base rather than a flat line as you have done. :) Make sure to add cast shadows too to keep the objects grounded. Good luck with comp all. :)
