atleast we have the options of playing old games, i've never gotten to play ocarina of tie but the VC solves that problem, yet the 360 cant even play half of the xbox's games who cares if the 360 and Ps3 can play DVDs my computer and my DVD player can play DVDs just fine, also Blu ray DOES NOT LOOK DIFFERENT THAN HD-DVD!!! need music? get an mp3 player. a video game console should be for VIDEO GAMES, if the 360 and PS3 werent cluttered up with a DVD drive, or Blu-Ray player the extra space could be used for so much more also if he wants a Wii let him get a Wii, the Wii has very good (and more) than the PS3, with extra EDIT: learn to quoute multiple people at once instead of quadruple posting :roll:

pizzaman, now that Goddess has explained her side to me i think you should lower your expectations, don't get me wrong i know it SUCKS to be 14 so close to be able to get a job but you cant but maybe you can eliminate the Iphone and get a cheaper cell phone, get Rock Band for the 360, because the 360 version is cheaper than the Wii version, and maybe get the hunting knife first at best you're going to hit $100 thats all i could get in a month with birthday money so here what i think you should do: buy the hunting knife, see if you can sell the boar skin/meat for money, buy Rock Band for the 360, then wait until you're old enough to get a job for the Iphone
