As stated in above posts you can't tell if a person's infected with HIV for many years. About the issue- I stand both ways. It's been stated that anal sex has a higher risk of transmitting STD's and HIV/AIDS, but if you think about it, there are straight couples that enjoy anal sex. So, I agree it's partially baised; but since there is a significantally increased risk with anal sex as I stated above, and gay couples have anal sex a lot more than the average straight couple, that's where I'll have to agree with the law.

I guess the school thought that if the kids went there, it was their responsibility to deal with the problem :? .

It's a very small chance that a kid would drive to school drunk, mabye high, but not drunk. Unless you're a big alcoholic, you don't usually start drinking in the morning, espically when you're going to school. I doubt a kid under the age of 18 would want to do anything above LSD, marijuana, or alcohol; it's not like he's/she's going out and buy a "hard" drug like meth at this young age due to its strength and cost. It really isn't that hard to get a hold of marijuana or alcohol, so most likely he's/she's not going to do anything very bad because it's not it most cases fun to break the law, like it might be to get drunk or high.

Go USC. again with this STANFORD! The thing about the Stanford game is that it was fairly early in the season. LSU's loss to Arkansas in the second-to-last game of the season :? It's much easier to make a comeback to the BCS Title Game when you have your loss early in the season. I've gotta give it to Matt Flynn though, four touchdowns is very impressive.
