  1. You need Shilo gems, specifically, jades, opals and topaz. These can be cut then sold to the store at the tribal village. They are sold for Trading Sticks (the village currency) which you can then use to purchase other unique items such as machetes. You can also earn these trading sticks by playing the Jungle Clean Up mini game, although it's a somewhat slower means of doing so.
  2. Jagex don't even know this with any accuracy (until they are actually ready to do the update)... so there's no way anyone on these forums could tell you. To ask is considered spam :( Generally speaking, updates of late have typically been on Tuesdays around 12:00-16:00 GMT, but this can vary.

  6. Yeah, the Political Song Contest would be a more appropriate name. Remember, most countries vote by a telephone-in which, maybe explains some of the traditional voting. The Nordic countries always give each other maximum points, as do the Balkans and Cyprus & Greece always give each other 12 points, regardles of how poor their song was. Britain always scores Ireland highly, but they never give us more than a few points lol. Remember the year Britain invaded Iraq (for the second time). Elaine Kelly got booed when she presented the British vote and Britain failed to collect a single vote that year. Yes our song wasn't very good, but it was far from the worst song. Anyway, I won't be watching as I know the inter-voting will yet again, provide us with an unjust winner. :(
  7. I think people just make music types up lol. BTW, does anyone here listen to jazzmetalgrindpopcore? Some wicked stuff man, I'm tellin' ya ;) ;) ;) It's kinda like Enya meets SlipKnot ;)

  12. I guess everyone would follow the same pattern of trading in easy skills for difficult ones. I would trade... 99 Cooking for 99 Runecrafting 99 Fletching for 99 Slaying
  13. Fantastic guide... I learned a few things (I didn't know about creature creation). Thanks, and 10/10
  14. I support too... they look great :)
  15. http://www.bbc.co.uk I like to read the news and sport first thing...
  16. Glasgow, UK. Lived here most of my life really. Always cold, wet and windy... need to move!
  17. Seems a little overpowered and underpriced to me. Still, I expect Jagex might introduce something like this as a recent survey discovered that the reason people train mage and range less is due to the consumables.
  18. Spiderman 3. Better than the critics said it was, but still short of the mark. 7/10 Indiana Jones 2 (Temple of Doom). Ain't seen this since I was a kid (just bought the boxset). Forgot how cheesy it was, but still loved it. Especially the "Snake Surprise Meal". hehe. 7/10
  19. Fatboy Slim - Gangster Trippin
  20. It's nowhere near as bad as the critics are making out. And complex? What? Complex? Seriously? These people must be used to a TV diet of Big Brother and various other cerbral destruction shows. It's not in the least bit complicated, not by any stretch of the imagination. Effects : 9/10 a bit dodgy at first, but the Sandman is increadible and so is Venom. Plot : 5/10 not the best and you have to read the comics to fully interpret where the new characters come from. To many, Venom landing right next to Peter and MJ is happenstance. Acting : 2/10 pretty awful really. Cheesy and overdramatic. I was embarrassed at times. Overall : 6/10. Not as good as the second one, but better than the first, in my humble opinion of course. ;)
  21. I don't have any links :( However, my favourite opening is Contact. It starts on a suburb somewhere in the States, and the camera moves out into Earth orbit and beyond, passing the moon, the inner then outer planets. As this happens, the broadcasts from Earth (travelling at c) can be heard and the further out we travel, the older the tracks become until finally we pass beyond our own local star cluster into silence yet continuing onwards. Finally, we are treated to leaving our galaxy and local galaxy cluster and finally, a distant universal view which all emerges from Jodie Foster's eye lol. Great stuff, and gives a meaningful scale to our universe.
  22. That really is pathetic... what an awful excuse for a human being. :(
  23. Rock: Greenday Foo Fighters Chili Peppers
  24. Certain forums like Forum Games, Rate This etc... don't count towards your post count. This is because they are often just one word posts and not worthy really.
  25. Well, it kinda set 28 weeks later hence, the name lol. Just like the first one is set 28 days after the outbreak.
