Umm from 71 range you would probably need like 70k+ I don't think it's recommended you use them until about 80-85 range.

Hi, I am thinking of getting 84-87 mage by high alching then 87-94 by using lvl 6 enchat at the Mage Training Arena. I just wanted to know on average, how many enchants can you do per hour and the average amount of exp. Thanks.

Look at your own stats buddy...your only good skill is smithing... And why do people need a rare for your bank to be considered good...dumb IMO. A bank should be rated for it's overall content and how useful it is for training your skills, not because you have like 200M. Anyways... Stats: 8/10 - Pretty good for your combat Bank: 8/10 - Also not bad
