Heh, you made me do this; Essentially it's just blurring and darkening the background. But it also consists of saturating and contrasting Conker. Zooms, blurs and outlines have been used to emphasise him aswell. Meh, just showing how i'dve done it. :P

One last question you should have included; How do you feel about the quality of criticisms being posted on the forum? Criticisms play a major role in getting any better. If people never criticised, i'd never be as good as I am now. If you search for old posts of me as the author at The Gallery, you'll see what I mean. I used to use filter piles all the time but as soon as I was criticised and told to use brushes, I gave them a go. Comments are nice, criticisms are much better. edit; argh, silly American spelling of Colour.

The last week or so after mocks will be wasted just messing about with games. I'm only taking 10 exams, so mine are quite spread out. Around one a day. (Actually had a day with 3 in a row.) I'll be having fun over Christmas... will you? :P I took Biology and my RE exam today. Probably flunked my RE, i'm predicted an E/D xD.

But if you want to include some colour; use a 1px black but give it a stroke of a colour from the render. [*:29gdpg3n]Render. Set the bigger render to overlay, it looks quite INYOURFACEOMG at the moment. [*:29gdpg3n]Text placement. It'd probably do better in the gap between the hair and arm/shoulder. Text doesn't always have to be in a corner. It looks like it has a blurred version behind it? If it does, make it's opacity a bit bigger. If not, do it. :P [*:29gdpg3n]Text. Make it a tad smaller and lower the opacity by ~10-20%. [*:29gdpg3n]Blending. It really needs it, a signature with no blending looks really quite bad. Even just a bit of feathering is better than nothing. [*:29gdpg3n]Colouring. Needs moar.

Hahah. :P I just really like the look of vectors, I tried in Photoshop (Some may remember my boxer dog vector) but it kinda sucked. And I try out most programs just so it's easier to help people who use them. ;)

Generally a beanie, black. Long sleeve, white shirt. (Usually fairly tight) On top of that will be a short sleeve shirt (usually a black/navy) [and generally quite baggy). Black/Dark blue jeans (Tight waist, baggy bottoms). Trainers, usually black. I heard black is the new black. Pictures may come soon.

It's an alright game, but a level 1 can play as well as a level 30. The game is based on reactions more than your character's skill. It's really irritating, though, that the things cost so much.

Better. Haha, oh wow. :P No, real golf. As in using a multitude of clubs requires much more skill than just a quick, accurate putt. There isn't any way you can create a video game to match what is needed in reality. Not yet anyway.

Use gradients and adjustment layers to focus around your render. (Again, I include a small part of this in my tutorial)

Mmkay. [*:244ppfyn]Little contrast. Looks flat. Using a B&C layer, put +5 lightness and +~20 contrast. [*:244ppfyn]Blending. MOAR. You can check my tutorial on how to blend easily and effectively. [*:244ppfyn]Random render/brushing ? Sharp brushings with a soft anime render? Kinda odd if you ask me. [*:244ppfyn]Font. Eww. Looks like Evanescence or something. That font is overused and doesn't really look very good. Use a tech font if you want it to match background or a calligraphy/curly font to match the render. In all, could be better.
