Its not a new idea and although the guide is written well enough, the xp here isn't really that good and its risky as well.

Bank sucks, but stats aren't too bad, just get all 50 or 60+ and your stat page will look much better.

Training isn't bad at low levels. When I'm bored burning tens of thousands of logs, I usually put on some music and I'm good.
