I'd do double cosmics at 59 to 82 instead since it yields almost as much money as doing double astrals. You'd probably have over 300 million cash when you hit 99 by going that way. Almost as much cash but less xp. I'd do Penguins every week and use it on Summoning so it's 57, then use it on Runecrafting when you start.

Cleaning various herbs is good xp. Up to 65k if you are 1337 with mouse keys. I'm not telling which herbs, you look it up yourself.

A medium level depositing spell (75-85 magic) could be helpful, (3 law, 2 air, 2 cosmic), and change Pack yak's special so it sends 2-3 items instead of one. Imp boxes could send an additional 1-2.

Whip is more costly BUT if the poster had 70 attack and whips were cheaper then rune 2h's and the poster was either going to buy a bronze 2h or a rune 2h I would say get a whip. Unless said poster was going for strength xp. (or was f2p). If this was a thread in H & A I would say its rune 2h's but a whip is cheaper and way better. Your lack of logic baffles me. A 10hp pure with 13 Magic can hit 8s at level 8 combat. Or you can op for a 6 combat at 9 Magic, with max hit of 6.

None of the weapons have a maintenance cost, only start up costs. They are different. Start up cost can be converted back into cash, while maintenance (such as Barrows repair, Magic's runes) cannot. Oh, Bandos chestplate hasn't gone down in a while. Aka CRASHING, not the daily fluctuations. It's been steadily increasing. I bought both parts of my set when they were 11.5m and 9.5m respectively.

The money paid for the Bandos chestplate is NOT gone, you can sell it back for equal or PROFIT. Fighter torso can NEVER be able to be traded back.

48-60 at Agility arena if you can endure it (Use Karamja gloves for extra xp!) or stay at Barbarian outpost, at 50-75 go to Wilderness, then at 75 go to Ape atoll, since you now cannot fail Ape atoll. Alternatively, 75-85 at Dorgesh Kaan if you want.

Attacking and tanking are different.

A trimmed skill cape is better for tanking than Firecape. You lose less if you die, and gives better Prayer bonus so you can last longer.

You contradict yourself. If it is in fact true that a whip is only 1.5 times as fast, then the godsword would likely end up dealing more damage, and thus more xp. Given that the SS is the same speed as a whip, it would then logically follow that the GS is better for training strength. As to the comment about the multiplying max hits by speed, i was merely demonstrating that I could potentially hit more with a whip in the same time as a godsword, not an exact result, although multiplying damage by speed does produce a potential hit. As to the comment about the fighter torso, that is simply not true. While i prefer bandos, the fighter torso is both free and decent armor, with the best strength bonus for a torso in the game. I would certainly rather have a fighter torso than a bronze chainbody, and I think pretty much any other rational person who is not trying to instigate a pointless argument would say the same. It should also be noted that you don't have any reasoning to back up the fighter torso< bronze chain comment. Fighter torso is NOT free. You pay with the hours upon hours of time you waste playing Barbarian Assault instead of making money for Bandos chestplate.

Having 99 HP before having all 3 melee stats 99 is quite a waste. I PCed my last 600k xp to 99 HP just to get it. Wasn't worth it. Now I got couple hundred K wasted xp that could've gone to my attack.

Usually tanker with 85 defence is not wanted. Unless you are with <100s...
