  1. I agree, although I don't think they should be used in the way they are now. They were brought in for fun, but have been exploited by players looking to make a quick buck which they can wave around and go "Hey look what i got that you don't." But if you invest in something at the right time then i guess you are lucky when you can trade it in for quite a few million more GP than you spent in the first place is it really a bad thing? Everyone buys/harvests/makes something to sell for profit it is how things go.
  2. Wow great idea! It would be useful to many people, with the filter would it be possible to prioritize types? So that instead of going through a list you could have the ones you would most like to see at the top of the list?
  3. Further Seems Forever - Bye Bye Bye. Better than Nsync :D
  4. I also do mostly herbs, majority of the time you can use them to make potions for xp, or if you are after cash then even still herbs are a big profit :D

I'm currently reading the Succubus Series by Richelle Mead, it's good if you like super natural, it's got alot of adult content though.
  6. Wise words. You can get the illusion Jagex doesn't care about your opinion when: 1. They have already listened, but they're taking a while to put the plan into action. I mean, they're THOUSANDS of ideas Jagex has to put into the game. You can't expect them to do everything at light speed, can you? 2. They think your ideas/opinions are not viable. A prime example of this is PKers screaming for the wilderness to be put back into place. It'll just bring back Real-world trading and cause Jagex to lose money ultimately. Do you want a not-so-good RuneScape or no RuneScape at all? 3. They didn't read your ideas at all. To err is to be human. I'm sure Jagex moderators will miss one or two threads now and then when scanning for good ideas, and you can't blame them. Do you think you can read every thread clearly without accidentally missing one or ignoring one because the title sounds like something stupid? I don't think so. 4. Maybe they have a better idea themselves or got a better one from another player? Who knows? I agree with all those points. THe problem is that we all sit here and think we know how to solve an issue, but we only look at what is good for us, not for the game on a larger scale. Besides Jagex are only human, at least i hope so!
  7. It'll probably rise a tiny bit at christmas, so it's up to you really.
  8. It's always been secure, it's just securer now. Probably a good thing in the long run, all those parent's saying it's not safe now have an official green validation :D
  9. Banned for being retired :P
  10. Hmmm....carrots.
  11. AT DT Skeletons, should be interesting for a bit.
  12. I haven't really written anything like that since high school, but it's a great past time. Not talented enough to play any instrument really, but I love listening to others.
  13. It's not that they don't care, it's just that because some players cry fowl doesn't mean they have to change everything back to the way it was. It's not like when your parent's buy your sister something and not you so you throw a tantrum and they give you what you want. They have plans to roll in motion which can take years to set up and organize and they aren't going to throw that effort away, ultimately they know what's best.
  14. 7/10 for rocking it without an image :D
  15. Good job DW! Looks like you had a blast.
  16. Are you looking to make profit at all? Or do you not mind wasting a bit and making back maybe half? I only have 72, but I found the easiest and reasonable moneyback maker was Prayer Potions, Anti-Fire potions, and Super Strength Potions and once you get the level even Sara pots. Super Attacks have such an easy second but don't really sell that well and you will lose money [EYe of Newt]ti-Fire Super Strengths, the second "Limpwurt" is easier to grow than to purchase sometimes. Prayer Potions, we all know how easy those are. Antifire potions are easy as there are numerous blue scale respawns in taverly.
  17. WE won't really know anything until it comes out. Rumors are just that rumors and things could only be in a possibility stage not set in stone. So we will have to see. It will be very interesting to see the final release, I don't think Runescape will lose much in a way, sure in the beggining people will flock to it leaving runescape behind but it'll be just like a new update. Everyone wants it at first but then people just slither back into old habits.
  18. Why don't you give it a go and find out? As mentioned it is new, so who knows. We could be lucky.
  19. Runecrafting, it's extremely quick if you have use of all pouches and the Abyss. Not mention my boyfriend made quite a mint from the Zammy alter thing south of Ardougne. Even though it gives random runes if you are using a decent amount of essence say 50k or so you will make quite alot.
  20. Probably whip, your boots may give you stats but what you really need is a half decent attack :D
  21. I'd probably say monkfish, plus there is a bank right there. Don't quote me though, I know nothing of these cavefish you speak. :P

We don't really do alot here in Australia but my workplace is having a party using the christmas money to purchase alcohol. It's fancy dress so it should be super fun!
  24. I agree with Dizzle, you need to think that people online can really say or do whatever the hell they feel like with little if any repurcussions. If someone says something wrong you can just ignore them, or if they say something uncomfortable you can 'lol' without any awkwardness as you would get actually being with that person. I'm pretty much the same, I'm alot louder thats for sure. I mean lets face it, if you are trying to be something your not it will be found out and no one likes a liar.
