Not necessarily. Monks give a decent amount of cash per hour, so if the xp difference is small, monks may indeed be better. But I don't know the rates at level 68 to be sure. My advice: Find yourself 2 hours 1 hour at Shilo. Record the number of salmon and trout you get 1 hour at Pisc. Record the monks. From that you can calculate the xp you got and the money. Should be easy to figure out from there. Remember to use a Granite Crab/Ibis/Granite Lobster while fishing! It doesn't hurt you, and can only help.

Most likely not. I'd estimate you'd need around 15-20m, actually, depending on how you chin and if you're using reds of greys.

-Dump all the costumes into your costume room -Throw out all the tiaras. You have the omni, so you don't need all of them. Maybe keep the earth one if you want to rc in f2p (fastest f2p rc xp), but that's it. -Dump the minds, chaos, and deaths unless you use them a lot in f2p -Dump the kite and carrot, since you can get um back easily -Not sure what the keys are. They look like Melzar's maze and brass key. You can get both back, so dump both. -Guthix egg? Use obsidian incubation and sell it. -Dramen staves can go. Actually do Lunar Diplomacy first. This way if you need it back, all you need to do is pay 30k and you have it back. Beats doing that nonsense in Entrana. -Amulet of Magic is useless, dump it. -Sell the gems, unless you plan to use um -Dump the lobby cage. If you're going to fish on Karamja, you could always just buy another on your way there.

Only thing I can think of is a better telescope for Star hunting. Mahogany scope is accurate to 2 minutes, compared to 12 minutes (teak) and 22 minutes (oak). Very useful, but arguably not worth the effort since it's such a high level and you have clans like Star find. Plus you really only scope for a general idea, since all scopes will tell you when the stars lands. So if you hunt stars A LOT, then get a M scope, if not, teak is fine.

If you can get your hands on a mystic mud staff, they're going to SHOOT up. And I mean SKYROCKET. Too bad it's impossible to get. But look around, you never know.

Like you say on paper it is simple. However, Saradomin brew raises a level 3's hp to 13 which is the max hit of the Slagilith and recoils are totally ineffective against it. The paper then looks a little different..... Or you could just get 12 hp and stay lvl 3 lol Idk, If I were a level 3 I would use those lamps on something else. What are the chances that it hits a 13, anyway? If it's that rock thing you have to kill, well, then you might have a problem, but you can still get a friend to help. I don't remember much about the quest, but you could also get a friend to distract it, or block you off.

Well, on paper it's actually very simple. Just run around using tablets for teleport/charter ships. For evading monsters, just drink a saradomin brew. For killing monsters, use poison, rings of recoil, and have a friend use Vengeance Other on you. However, that must've been a killer to actually carry out. Nice work!

Great work! However some of your ideas need a little reworking. For all new items, you must state their stats. What are the stats of the Abyssal Longsword/Pickaxe, for example? Strength: Makes no sense to make it an agility bonus for a strength 99. Defense: Stats? Ranged: How about an enhanced Accumulator that always gets your ammo, even over an obstacle, unless the ammo breaks? Prayer: Just no. How about a prayer that prevents your prayer from draining for 30 seconds? After that time you couldn't use the prayer until you drank a prayer pot, super restore, or prayed at an altar. Magic: You didn't finish it, although it looks good. Runecraft: Sounds good. Construction: I agree Hitpoints: Good. Agility: Would finish the Agile set, sure go for it. Herblore: Awesome, good work. Thieving: Good. Crafting: How about the ability to tan your own hides? Although it's pretty useless at 99 crafting. I got nothing better either.
