  1. A mage-based melee weapon would be interesting.
  2. This game was not always meant to be about pking...
  3. When I first became a member and ran around doing all those quests, I gained a magic level from all the teleports.
  4. It takes 4 defense/hp levels to gain a full combat level (assuming attack and strength play no part). You'll be fine, just continue as normal.

Do you get higher than doing a regular jump or something?

How do you do a Foxcopter? I can never get it right. Is it just doing the Fair but DI-ing upward?
  7. Stuff gets updated...that's just the way it is. Imagine getting 99 prayer, then the Ectofungus comes out the next day.
  8. For the safespot section, you may want to link to the Guide to Advanced Monster Blocking. For Scarabites, you should also consider the ones in the swamp west of the Agility Pyramid. It's much safer. The best place is in the NE corner so you can use the Scarabas statue as cover when they are aggressive. It's very fast. They have different drops than the ones in the Contact dungeon. They drop no charms, but I think they have better drops overall. In a task of just 50, I got 181k of drops there. I used 12 pineapple pizzas w/ SGS (forgot Bunyip). One of the drops was 45 law runes, in just one kill. You can cannon there as well. No lightsource required. There is desert heat, but I think it can be prevented if you stand next to the swampy part of the area (next to a laker). Beware the Giant Locusts (not the Scarabites riding locusts, but the locusts without a rider) do not count as Scarabites.
  9. exactly! Btw, if the -kg = 0kg is true, then I think that should be a DYK for the tip.it times. Seems like it's not common knowledge(I didn't know) It is true, I can assure you. Jagex said that somewhere, but I forget where it was. But yeah, it should be a DYK.
  10. -36 kg is the same as 0 kg. So there is absolutely no point having negetive weight? Whats the point of the items then? As said above, so you can carry heavier items. For example, now you could probably runecrafting with a Torag's platebody + Agile legs and still be close to 0kg.

I think shielding more would be the easiest fix out of the three, but I'm not so sure. You also have the most to lose if you don't get it down.
  12. You can already combine the Crab's Claw and Pirate's Hook.

Where I live, MK is usually banned.
  14. They could... 1) Toy mouses unusable on PvP worlds (as well as any other toy-mouse type things) 2) XP requirements to build EP that are large enough to rule out toy mouses as a good EP builder 3) Easier skills to manipulate will only build EP at higher wilderness levels, maybe multi combat areas? But then what if you're an honest player doing some activity that gives slow xp? You'd do it on a normal world
  15. If you've ever ran, you've used agility.
  16. Just finished my first ever run. I was really pleased with the result: 150k of loot, 2 irits I got were banked when I took this pic. That's from the exact same setup you posted in your guide (3150 casts). I had 3 changes that I should've done but didn't: I didn't bring my SGS, I didn't bring my wizard boots, and I should've put a Zammy cape instead of trimmed str cape. Maybe I could've gotten over 900(0? ) with those. Doesn't bother me too much though. Seeing as this is my first run, I'm really happy with the result.
  17. THAT I did not see. Yeah that would make Dorgshuun worse than Ape Atoll (potentially, I haven't seen a test on it yet to prove it, but POTENTIALLY worse). It still doesn't change the fact that this update did not change the level of people who use it.
  18. @Smellysocks: You already can! You just take the Bomber Cap from Enlightened Journey and Gnome Goggles to Augustine and he turns them into a cap with goggles :P I'm going to say the boss is level 100, give or take 20 levels.
  19. You misunderstand. They didn't make the two courses high level courses, they simply added high level PARTS to them. So if you want to do the old Gnome course, you still can, and you lose nothing. The Goblin course has gone from 70-80 for requirements. Well I was referring to the Gnome and Barbarian ones specifically, but you're right that they increased the Dorgshuun course's requirement. That doesn't matter though, because before level 80 it was worse xp than Ape Atoll anyway. That means that anyone who was using Dorg agility course would've been level 80 (by "use" I mean "actively train there regularly") or higher, so this increase does not impact them. However they said they have made changes to it so you fail less which would make it more usable. Yeah they did...what's your point? That doesn't change anything either. Fact is that BEFORE this update, Dorg course was only good after 80 agility. Now all they did was make the minimum 80 and make you fail less. It still means that only 80+ agility players will use it, so there's no net change in player level usage. Actually, it looks like no one will use it. Since Ape Atoll's no fail level, at least previously, was 75, and this is five levels higher, and, furthermore, now gives roughly 44k exp an hour, as opposed to Ape's 48K, I believe, the only pros for using this are strength and range exp. I don't see your logic. BEFORE: Ape Atoll's no fail was level 75. Dorg did not have a no fail level. However, it was faster xp after level 80, and this was proven. So therefore, only people who had 80 agility or higher would go to Dorg. Otherwise, they would go to Ape Atoll. NOW: Ape Atoll is unchanged, and Dorg has a LOWER fail rate and a level 80 requirement. The requirement doesn't mean anything because only the level 80 people would go there anyway. And since there's an even lower fail rate, Dorg would be even BETTER now than Ape Atoll.

  21. Bunyip, unicorn, void spinner, elemental titans, enhanced excalibur, saradomin godsword, Rapid Heal prayer, Dream spell, regen bracelet, blood spells, guthans, enchanted onyx bolts, food. I think that's all of um.
  22. http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... le_id=2346 "Per day" and "Per 7 days" proves nothing. Tears of Guthix =/= Battlestaves. There is an exact timer when Juna lets you know when you can go collect them. You can buy staves once per day. You can buy 64 at 11:50 GMT (JAgex Time) And then go back at 12:10 GMT GMT and buy 64 more. Its not based on a timer like ToG, just once per day. And if you don't believe it, just go test it yourself. And when its 12:00 AM GMT, thats 7:00 PM EST (East Coast). Just saying, proving it based on the words "per day" isn't logical because, as you yourself even said, it means different things.
