Or something such as His followers speaking in languages they've never learned, raising people from the dead, healing the sick, feeding the poor, traveling to all ends of the world, and in all ways being transformed from cowards who easily betrayed their Lord into saints who changed the world by serving Him even to their deaths? Or would feeding 5000 with a couple loafs of bread be enough for you? If those are too outdated for you, maybe you wouldn't mind hearing some stories of such things happening in modern times to people I know? Modern day. :wink:

I'm talking about a very clear message. Something otherworldly, like a miracle beyond human proportion and human comprehension.

If God were to come to earth, live among us, spend years teaching us, demonstrate power over sickness, nature, the supernatural, and even over death, would that be sufficient? Sadly, if God came to earth and was living with us directly, we would have no reason to live. Knowing God is the end of it all, if God really is the creator of everything (there would be nothing past God). So knowing him within our human lifetime would make it completely pointless to even bother with anything, since we would already know what is the greatest thing in the universe, and have been in direct contact with it, making everything worthless and pointless in comparison. Why strive for something we've already obtained? Sucks for Moses. Though seriously, I'd like to see God leave at the least, a message of some kind.

Just finished the vid, and I have lots of questions! :P What is it with Sudan? The video took place in Northern Uganda, did they even go to Sudan? Is their a connection between the Janjyaweed(sp?) and the Rebels? What are the Ugandan and Sudanese governments doing about this? So, there is a guy (in Uganda), Joseph, who abducts children to create an army to overthrow Uganda's government? Again, where is Sudan, it's all Uganda. Was Uganda (and Sudan's) governments bad before? What is the back story, why did these people want to overthrow it? So this Joseph guy, he's becoming his enemy? Instead of taking out the government to free his people, he is killing his people? I don't get this, elaborate please. Anyways, I think I'm changing my sig to an Uganda flag.

Had this happen to someone I faintly knew in school. And I know what he went through so I can 'somewhat' touch with what you've gone through. I'm glad to see you're doing good, you're pretty lucky you live in Ann Arbor, it's one of the best hospital cities in the nation. I'm going to add this ti this thread. These photos (unreleased to the public for quite some time) are from the World Trade Center Damage Assessment and such, and are some of the most empowering photos I personally have ever seen. I am sure there are also more pictures throughout the website.

I have a feeling Kelly Clarkson will be the only ever truly successful American Idol winner. What I find funny is, even though Taylor Hicks won last year, Chris's album sold 10x faster, and like a '100,000' (don't quote me on that figure) albums in the first week.

"Fair" doesn't exist in real life. "Fair" is something in kindergarden when everybody gets an equal slice of the cake to prevent whining. In real life, some people are already born with a whole cake while others only have the cherry so to speak. Why isn't everybody a musical genius, a master football player or a millionaire? Because, life isn't "fair". ...you can't just diss me off with 'life isn't fair' crap. Sure maybe it isn't, but it should be. That is what I'm complaining about.
