Usually when people post ideas about quests, they post a more detailed explanation. Anyways, this is one of your better ideas. Actually, on F2P, laws are usually 500 or 1K each. And then there's the magic level. So, I think 10K is a reasonable payment. If it was 10K, not many people would use it, as they're just wasting 10K. Is it really that hard to walk around the small F2P areas?

If you are gonna suggest something please dont say f2p update. F2P has had more than its fair share of updates this year. You get what you pay for which is nothing. Well, no one can tell what type of Asian I am just by looking at me. I'm mainly Taiwanese. A little more on-topic: Well, there are a few main parts of Asia. It's usually pretty easy to tell someone from India apart from someone from Russia. But I'm guessing you're talking about East Asians. I personally can tell sometimes, but it's not that hard if you give me a name.

Did you thinnk before you posted? Who in their right mind would want their total level to be lowered? Quest points? Any skill (Not counting from beers)? That's right, probably nobody. And agility works on F2P, like people have said.
