  1. Oh no, he was beheaded. Now where's the graphic video?!
  2. Thanks for that, so 01 Dec 2002 (beta) or 29 Mar 2004 (official release)? I'd probably guess Beta, hm? My friend also says Runecrafting was released "a while into RS2"... so... Rune Mysteries was in the first release of the beta, but it was officially released with rs2. I'd say the technical release of the quest would be March 31, 2004, as if you finished it before then, it wouldn't count on your account.
  3. I wouldn't want a quest boss fight that hard. o_O Keeping in mind that I have NO experience in DK fights or something similar. I doubt many other people have good experience with those kind of non-quest boss fights. I would like a boss fight of the same difficulty as the D Kings, but with a whole new strategy required, so nobody has an advantage going in.
  4. Definitely not the fastest, but good for low levels. Not really enough content for a full guide.
  5. You have to divide by 23 now, note the first date of the post ;)
  6. I'm not sure about deadfalls and rope traps, but some monsters only benefit from having multiple people. Chinchompas spawn faster if more people are there per spawn, and they don't tend to run off.
  7. People are slowly getting the wind that they're good. Used to be they sold for 200, if that. But I can now sell them for 350, or I can probably push up to 500 each. Being a Hunter rocks.
  8. Personally, I have one of the less-common capes. One that I feel is completely wasted now, because an update ruined the hard work of people before it, and made the skill extremely easy to level. Sound familiar? I'm not talking about cooking, fletching, or combat. I'm talking about thieving. Most people say that they never saw the thieving cape when I wear it, but I don't thing it's as useful now as it would have been had plunder not been released.
  9. I, and a lot of other people didn't know this until I tried it recently. When a farmer asks for crops, you CAN give them it in noted form. A note somewhere would probably be a very good hint. ;)
  10. I shrug and move on. Not going to say it's just pixels, but money comes and goes for me. I lost a dragon axe once when the head flew off. I noticed it later. I said damn, and continued putting another 1M into miscellania. I got three black mask drops yesterday. I sold them, and then just moved on. My money goes up and down quite rapidly.
  11. What combat style were you using? Also, they spawn in turn so it's possible you killed it before the others spawned. I used my trusty dragon dagger. I kept hitting zeroes, and he kept poisoning me for 9, but he didn't hit very hard. Only used 5 sharks or so.
  12. It spawned more than one? I just kept protect mage on and ignored the mage. He never spawned anyone else.
  13. I must be stupid...i don't get any of that lol  Going from memory here. Once you enter the trapdoor, follow the path until you see a circle-like thingy. Continue following the path until there is a split. One path will have [bleep]es and a ladder after the [bleep]es. Take that ladder. Then, you will be in the annoying area. Turn mage protect on and start running. Run, following the path southeast. Once you're in the southeast corner, start running west until you can run no further. Go upstairs. Follow the path until the first intersection. Go north. Go East. Follow to the ladder. That is the maze.
  14. Bank in Sophanem will make Plunder ridiculously easy. JageX hates the thieving skill.
  15. Quick Maze guide. Go to the first ladder downstairs. Go ALL the way southwest. Go up ladder. Make your way to the passage one north. Maze complete. This is only for high levels who can ignore a dozen 107s , 98 rangers, and 90 mages ganging up on them.
  16. Anyone know Keris' special effect? It has nearly same stats as dragon dagger, same stab, 10 less strength bonus.
  17. I read the entire thing. It is very informative, and those who say it's too long just have too short of an attention span. This guide is not for them. This is also extremely well-written. Captivating to read. Do you have the quick-find code on the Runescape forums for this?
  18. Probably don't remember me, but I was around when you were. :P
  19. 200 Points: 14 Tarromin Blue Dhide Chaps EDIT: Two separate attempts.
  20. You're about 2-2.5 years late in saying that. At first I thought you were referring to the rat pole, but I hear ya!
  21. Let's just say, this is FUN. I went from 53-71 hunter in 2 days, and here's a fun picture.
  22. Sorry, harsh, but fair. I am 66 herblore. I have used absolutely none of your tactics getting there. Whiteberries are easy - Farming. Chocolate is easy - RFD. Snape Grass is extremely easy - Lunar Diplomacy, teleport right to spawn. Snapdragons and Toadflax are NEVER dropped by chaos druids. You could have done a lot more research before you started this guide. EDIT: Rereading it, it seems a bit harsh. But with the advent of Farming, almost every single part of your guide can be improved by that skill. Not to mention there are much better places to kill Chaos Druids now.
  23. Just watched the advertisement. Getting the impression of a thieving-like fight caves. Involving a boss. And traps. Maybe agility. CAN'T WAIT.
  24. Hope it involves thieving, and isn't as bad as Rogue's Den! (Deactivating traps has always been thieving. Avoiding them is agility.) EDIT: It seems like an agility/combat mini-game, which is solo-based with a boss. Can't wait.
  25. Why not? How much are berserker rings, and how much stats do they add? How much better is a fury then a glory, and look at the price difference there.
