  1. Actually it was paralyze monster. It could be used to kill the king black dragon on only a couple of prayer points if you were good enough. As for the prayer switching, I thought you had to re-click the attack button after changing prayers? If you had perfect timing, you only used a few prayer points per monster. That's how I got my first dragon med :D
  2. Thieving at 92... All but two levels gotten on the original RS.
  3. As a random aside, only about 300 people surpassed me in thieving in those entire 2 years, and I was completely idle.
  4. I heard you the first time.
  5. Knights, actually. 84 xp and 50 gp a pick. Can pick about 20 in a row without getting caught.
  6. Uh, I'm giving him 20 dollars. He's paying with his own credit card, lol. Wow. I remember you ;D And yes, it sucks now, but I can still make 100k or so an hour. Too bad 1 mil isn't godly anymore :( I didn't quit THAT long ago. And I'm not a big fan of magic. Thanks all ;D
  7. Just because I returned, doesnt mean I play 24/7
  8. Since I started, about 10 mini games have been added, haha.
  9. The majority is obviously Hi-alch, but in my arbitrary list, here are some other ways of getting money: - Selling to stores. - Quests - Monster Drops - Thieving (100k an hour magically!) - Random Events - also things such as crates that give 1gp sometimes. - Mini games? Maybe? I believe I got them all.
  10. Hey, I decided that with the upcoming release of construction, and as a complement to my outdoor job, I'm going to be playing again! I just renewed members, and am paying for a friend to join as well, so I won't be alone. Feel free to add me, and once I get back on my feet after stealing a bit (hey, that rhymes), I'll gladly join whatever mini-games have been released since I last played, exactly 9 months ago. Esper Jones, Player Moderator Combat 102 Thieving 92 Returned ;D
  11. I pronounce it May-Lay, because that's how the Super Smash Brothers Melee announcer pronounces it. ;D EDIT: Wow, had the same exact idea as the person above me. I swear I didn't read it beforehand.
  12. Take a man, and a woman, put them together, ...
  13. The Nintendo Revolution's controller is closer to Minority Report styled' interface than that is :P Motion sensing technology, not touch screen, is what the Minority report was based on. It's the software that's much more impressive than the screen itself. Motion sensing already exists, but it's much less accurate than needed.
  14. It's null (level --1)!
  15. That scared me... :? I mean.. Alot of hands everywhere.. Am I the only one who is reminded of Labyrinth by that? ;-)
  16. But the cape is more about the stats. The cape is about the ability to beat the hardest mini game in the entire universe. lol. Consider it an "accomplishment" cape. Kinda like a trophy for display for all to see and admire. The cool stats are just a side benefit. If you see someone with that cape on, they are one heckuva player. The Fight Cave includes 36 waves of level 360 maging crazies, 36+ waves of lesser powerful monsters, and THEN you have to face a 702 dude that can one hit anybody, and uses two different attacks where you have to switch prayers during combat. The Fire Cape IS the ultimate. Its like playing Halo on Suicide... with one hand. then dont you think if you beat the hardest mini quest in the game, even if you get the status symbol, you should get rewarded with something with good stats too? I guess i think differently then 99% of the tip.it population. :? It does have good stats - compared to any other cape, which is all you can compare it to. The gloves have much better stats above the previous glove slot equipment, which is probably what your point is. It makes sense though, unless they bring out metal capes, the difference from cloth to metal will be greater than just changing cloth types.
  17. Live there, its considered a border state :D
  18. Does it give blurite when mined?
  19. It really isn't hard to make graphics such as these - especially with a large team of graphics artists that JageX has. It certainly is possible to render it in Java, unlike what some of you are saying - I did similar things myself. However, there is a huge difference between rendering one image, that can take however long it wants, and 30 images a second, which only allows so much detail.
  20. Sad part is, I think he's serious.
  21. Huh? Did someone forget to take their pills this morning... I have no idea what you're talking about... I remember that :D
  22. I think that most people will get both a Revolution and either an XBox or 360. So I believe the numbers will be pretty close to: 360: 80Mil PS3: 60Mil Revolution: 40Mil
  23. It really depends on the quality of the game. As long as the programmer only has to worry about the coding, and all the graphics are finished, and it's extremely simplistic, it can be done in less.
  24. Apparently Google is going to try to integrate all of them. http://www.google.com/talk/about.html#open
