Right. I noticed a flaw in my description-thingie. So sorry, I should have put this more clearly: when I said I wanted feedback on the quote, I didn't mean the quote itself: I meant the colour of it; positioning; effects... And no, heh, I am not just saying that. I thought I wrote it, but I clearly didn't. Sorry for that. As for the picture of Jesus and everything - I didn't think this would be necessary..., but I will explain this as thoroughly as I can. I saw a guy on the street wearing a T-shirt with the following text, in green letters: "Kill Your Idols". I thought it was pretty cool and witty, so when I got home, I searched for the line on Google; thinking I might see the guy's shirt there, and use it as a reference picture. This is when I discovered that there's a band called, yes, that's right, "Kill Your Idols", and they use, yep, correct again, a picture of Jesus in some of their merch. Anyway, it's a punk rock band. I checked out their stuff, and it was pretty cool. But what "got to me" the most, was the effect that text and that picture together created. So I fired up Photoshop and gave it my best shot. I'm totally wrecked at the moment, tired, and annoyed, so I won't make a huge post, thusly continuing this deadly topic, but simply cut to the case: I won't remove my signature, I won't remove the quote and I won't remove the picture of Jesus unless a moderator or administrator tells me to. Yes, please keep the religious discussions out of this thread. And if you find the signature offensive, then PM a member of the staff, because I won't remove it; unless, of course, a member of the staff pleads me to. Admittedly, the signature was meant to raise a few eyebrows, but I genuinely didn't want to upset anyone - but if you can't read between the lines, and perhaps see something in this signature other than, "omg you want us to kill jesus, your teh scum of the earth!!11", then I can't help but question your integrity. I ended at ~11 today, and I didn't have anything else to do, so I figured it was time for a new signature. The thing in the background is supposed to be a "vinyl-player" (it's a dingbat font, so I didn't actually make it). I'm a bit thoughtful concerning the text... the quote in particular. I haven't read every reply posted here, but I feel obliged to reply (even if I'm in a hurry): the quote I chose was just a (in lack of better words) spawn-of-the-moment kind of thing; the area under the name looked empty, I had a sudden urge to use the Donnie Darko-font where it actually looked like it (it isn't that obvious in the name, I think), I remembered that line from either the movie or the trailer (I'm positive I saw it in the latter) and I thought it was cool and was appropriate for the signature. But yeah, it might sound corny and stupid; and he didn't ask for it to be a part of the signature. However, I didn't see any objections from How2PK's side. If he didn't want it there, I'd remove it - simple as that. Also, Myweponsg00d, please don't flame the signature/me/How2PK/the people who replied just because mine recieved better comments than yours did. I never got the chance to see your signature, because it never displayed for me (checked several times). But I find it ridiculous that you feel the need to flame people just because they didn't like your signature. Different people have different preferences, deal with it. Also, don't make assumptions about how I make my signatures, because I can assure you that 50% of what you just "assumed" isn't true. Plus, everything I added to the signature had a meaning (even the colours); I didn't "blur Donnie to the extent where you can't even see his chin anymore" just for the heck of it. Did it ever cross your mind that I might've wanted to emphasize a specific part of him? Apparently not.
