  1. lure anyone? I'd watch out for that lol hehe, smeg, I haven't heard that for years, since Red Dwarf became rubbish. Ben Elton... grrr
  2. a very good one.... melee based.. but a wee bit of everything
  3. scaperune is runescape backwards duh... so party pete's party place is meant to be a happy place but in scaperune is a place filled with sorrow... so if you ever get to go to scaperune's morytania dont be surprised to see daffodils and bunny rabbits...
  4. no.. mithril isn't real...
  5. he said excluding examines.... mines the level message when you level up
  6. The name might come from it, but it was no way similar. Mithril in that movie is dwarven(or elven) armor that is indestructible. Everyone knows that Mithril in runescape is all but indestructible. Mithril was added to the game in early 2001 and was the best armour at the time. It was not intended to be low level armour like it is now. Andrew could not have envisaged that the game would grow in the way that it has or that they would have to add so many types of improved armour to keep players happy. I am aware of this, in fact it crossed my mind to make it an although. I still don't believe Jagex ever planned Mithril from Lord of the Rings to be like the Mithril on Runescape. Mithril is supposed to be silver...not blue. Its not really a lotr reference even. Runite, Adamantite and Mithril are the 3 major fantasy metals. If you look a bit deeper than popular culture fantasy books etc these 3 feature all over the place.Much like allthe incarnations ofr fairies, griffins and elves across the fantasy genre Actually adamantine is real, it's kind of like corundum. Yeah but most people don't know that. Where as they know its a common thing in fantasy hence one of the fantasy metals. Like theres fantasy dwarves. But theres real medical dwarves (genetic dwarfism) Alot of people know about adamantite... it is a type of crystal that when exposed to the right temperatures and pressure can be turned into an extremely strong (but brittle) tempered metal, the only stronger (known) metal is titanium - This is different to the medical condition known as dwarfism.. As adamantite exists in runescape as it does in real life. But I didn't think a stereotype of dwarfs (yes its dwarfs not dwarves) in the real world is that they have a love of metal and are amazing smiths..... Also obsidian exists in the real world, is a type of jet black and shiny rock which can be obtained in a abundance from the continent of Africa. It's just its not really useful in anyway.
  7. ancients anyone?
  8. feotid aeon.. why do you play the game?
  9. I think you always tried to go that way, but the weeds kept stopping you, so just clicking on the mini map was a waste of time, you'd have to actually click north of the bar, and then go around it. no if you clicked on the mini map it would take you round the north, never does clicking on the other side of an obstacle on the mini-map treat you like a lemming and attempts to walk you into a wall...
  10. exactamundo.... I'd much prefer it if runescape brought in a voice activated system.... nah.. I'll stick with the clicking :
  11. I have none and never will have any. I have no intention of killing my brain by getting a 99 cape. Though if I ever do (in many years time) it'll be a slayer one.
  12. I would go and cry somehwere... runescape becoming real life, it'd be hell.. without suicide.. 'cause you'd end up back in lumby.. eep
  13. Summoning will be the worst addition to runescape.. if its ever brought out I think I'll throw fish at Jagex Towers...
  14. my total lvl is 1620 something... my post count, nearing 300.. so double it.. then add a 1000, then add a bit more and you're there lol
  15. I think pest control has taken the honour out of combat.. I don't do the honour code in the wildy but I truly think pc ruined combat. I got my levels by hacking through thousands of monsters... and I'm proud with honour *Gorgonzolach flag flies behind and a tear wells in my eye*
  16. that was very nice of you indeed why thankyou.. lol
  17. ditto, considering they've already released their one quest this month, which they said they were limiting it to...
  18. I always help people whenever I can but only those who deserve it, before I help them I make a descision whether or not they'll say thanks afterwards, for instance I was playing cwars and some randomer I got talking to needed a shield.. I said I think I have one, and gave her a rune heraldic I'd gotten from a recent t trail, too lazy to sell and didn't really need it and she was over the moon. Just pick who you want to help carefully.
  19. Dyonisus... and yes.. he does exist in runescape...
  20. You could be onto something... Jagex's sense of humour does tend to run along the ridiculous line of puns...
  21. He want's to be loved... he finds it unfair that he's unloved... oh and he has an odd love for square shields.... he finds that unfair too....
  22. and thats why you should be shot....
  23. I don't really support, because you mention the things you NEED to keep... and you mention armours, and trimmed armours. Trimmed armours aren't a necessity, and neither are holiday clothes, which seem to be taking up the most space for you. You do know that diango keeps all those holiday clothes, so that 12 extra spaces you want can be made into 19 if you simply throw out your holiday items and use diangos retrieval service as a type of second bank... Problem solved, just use your noggin and you need not worry about bank space.
  24. Sheep Shearer has a completed story line... :XD:
