  1. No. No one "deserves" to be scammed. People who say "they are stupid, they deserve it" etc, are closed-minded fools. Only through compassion and kindness that one can hope to achieve greatness. Nothing good ever came from close-mindness and intolerance. There's something called a level of moral, most people will stay crippled at the lvl 4 of morality all their life, and some few will go at the 5 and 6 stages, which are stages of great socialism and humanism. Yes, compassion is truely greatness. I don't see why Im even bothering trying to explain that to mostly lvls 4, since one can only understand concepts that are of their own level of morality. However, people do evolve to higher lvls of morality by being exposed to them, so perhaps I'm saving a couple of souls there, hopefully.
  2. Do gertrudes cat quest if you haven't already, buy a kitten. Then when you read a message saying 'I think my cat is hungry' or something or the sort, feed the cat with schrimps(I think) or tuna. Then when it says "My cat needs attention' pet it. Idk if that's still right though, they changed the cat interface a while ago.
  3. http://www.onrpg.com/ftopic53062.html This thread but 1000x better, lool.
  4. 200 000 bots as members? Loool ~15k member bots, at the most.
  5. Did i not say this already... Lol you edited the first post, the orignal post was pretty nowhere. Don't play mr smarty pants with me :P
  6. Not at all. In rsc there was a lot of "rule ads" instead of the current commercial adds, so you just had to look at the ads and you would know them. It's obvious stuff anyway, no need to read them...
  7. You complain, yet you continue to play... If you don't get it, maybe you should move onto something different like World of Warcraft or EverQuest. You should try ProgressQuest. It's a zero-player game in that once you start the game, there's absolutely no player interaction required and you just keep killing monsters, do quests, buy new equipment etc. I don't play anymore hehe, I just visit these forums.

    Public Nudity

I don't mind nudists, if they are in camps away from me. :anxious: I hide in a toilet or something of the sort if I have to change for the gym. Not much of an exhibitionnist, I'm more of a voyeur.
  9. More bank space is maybe a bad idea, lots of banks, lots of accounts.. lots of data. Maybe a new cape lol, they would be all excited.
  10. Player mod status transforms most into snotty little gods and godesses from all the attention and fanclubs.
  11. Rares are a dysfunctional part of this game and are responsible for a huge percentage of its problems? That sentence is funny so much its absurd. Of cooouurse, you're right, let's blame it all on the rares. Sure it would help if you actually made an example or some sort of backup for what you're saying. It's like saying "the sky is red" then people are like uhh what? Give us some proofs..Because right now nothing pops to mind. Actually all I can think of is people saying rares are the pillar of the economy, that's not what I would call a huge percentage of problems.
  12. No, simply because I don't like to make predictions. I keep open minded, and I see what happens when the time comes. It sums up my views on death/after life too. I have no particular beliefs, I will die then I will see what happens instead of claiming a religion that I think is right, even without having any proofs. Keeping open-minded. Anyway, sorry, getting away from the subject.
  13. Desert treasure.. Mournings end was easssyyy......
  14. Whatever skill they release, its going to be monotonous, and boring to train, like all the other Rs skills. Honestly, I don't get it. Every single Rs skill is extremely monotonous, not many games like that.. RS = for conventional people who like monotonicity (boring ppl :-$ )
  15. Well I don't think the people who cracked the quest just stayed there and tried opening the doors. They probably looked enough to understand the mechanism, then they made a plan, then they went there and did it. I'm not one of those though, I'm not gone insane yet.
  16. That's why I added the word pragmatically. Because lots of things can be considered useful subjectively, but not pragmatically ;) But like Greendom said, it could be considered useful pragmatically when used simultaneously with other skills.
  17. How cheesey. May I remind you that for some people, achieving a goal like getting a phat is playing the game. Heck, doing anything in a game can be called playing a game.
  18. I'd like to correct that, there are 12 different 3a items(4 per set, 3 sets). So the chances that you get a piece are 12 on 10000 or 1 on 833 clues. No you don't understand. The odds of getting a d shield from a skeleton are of 1 out of 10 000, not 12 out of 10 000. Each time you make a clue, you have 1 out of 10 000 chance of getting one 3rd age item. I'm no expert on the subject. If you want to check it out, there's a official forum topic about this, with lots of discussing, but overall, there seems to be a consensus that the 1 out of 10 000 is correct.
  19. No idea, I got banned from there before they added that function lool
  20. Duh. In a pragmatic point of view, farming is useless. Sure you could make a little money growing herbs, making super compost, getting magic tree roots: but other money making methods are far better at making money than farming. So pragmatically talking (yay I invented a word) it's a waste of time. Sure you could say skills like FM are useless and people still do it.. They do it for the achievement cape. But an achievement cape in farming, that's (example) 2 months for a very rich no-lifer (80m), 4 months for a poor no lifer (20m), 8 months for a no-money no-lifer, then 4 months for a rich lifer (80m), etc you get the idea. So why should people like it? Useless, and long; that's what I would call a waste of time.
  21. That's what makes it so pathetic too. The people on the mmorpg or onrpg forums are laughing at all Runescapers for that.
