So even if someone got into the database due to some unforeseen attack vector, all ur info would look like random garble due to hashing and salting. I really doubt there is any idiot out there would try to reverse a hash just for a run escape account due to the sheer amount of computing power and time it would take. It's not that hard to step back for half a second and attack your opponent on the same game tick and keep your protection prayer on. Both prayers are overheads that can't be used at the same time and help keep you alive, so i don't see why it's not fair to use a protection prayer in response to SS. doesn't work if your opponent has a different weapon speed, also, same thing can be said for the person using both ss and protection prayer, take a step back and make sure you attack on a different tick.

There is no "vs" relation between ss and deflect prayer. There is nothing stopping you from protection prayer and flashing soul split at same time. Of course, if you flash soul split and use protection prayer at same time, people are going to whine like 8 year olds.

i'm just suggesting if you pick up mage loot along the way, i have gotten pieces off spawn and dead mages pretty often to rack up some serious + magic bonuses. I'm just saying, if you some how ended up with 3 or 4 mage armors mid dung, mage the mage. making armor is not worth the time or the effort.

Some interesting fact I have found out about Cele Catastaff While tui was soloing her entire floor for lulz, I made spirit bloom armor to see how much +magic bonus I can get to push the "magic resistant mob" into magable range. With 3/4 spirit bloom and approximately 80-90 magic bonus with Cele Cata staff, I was able to wreck several T11 mages using fire surge with fairly low splash rate. It was to a point that mage died significantly faster than what usually it would take me when I melee it with primal baxe. It's something worth testing out with a larger set of data, but I can be sure that if you can somehow loot from start room and mage mob drops enough magic gear, you might as well mage the mage for faster kill.

Wow's heirloom is for leveling up your alts so that you didn't need to replace armor/weapon every 2 levels or so. I think you meant the trading card game, which provides cosmetic upgrades for people who are willing to pay money for it, etc. Like 1000 dollar for a spectral tiger mount >.>, seriously, the mount do cost over 1000 dollar in real life.

i can see venge group being used to kill mages in soul war for getting mass heal from soul split and barrages, its dead useful, also it could be useful in nex if group can rotate venge on aoe

if this is your first time, my suggestion for killing jad is, don't bother with all those healer what not method, chances are, you'll fail, and it is not worth to waste 2-3 more tries for it. range jad to about 60-70% hp with prayer swaping. venge, claw him twice, and switch to rapier/cls/maul or the best melee set up you got and brute force kill him, works every time, i have gotten 7 firecapes through it,died only once because of failed claw spec. This method works fine for people with maxed stat, ovl/extreme and turmoil. edit- i know you don't have turmoil, but i really doubt it is going to effect much, you can ko jad easily.

Yes, but they run the update on several computers well before it even goes "live". Runescape get a content patched update almost every week, one week is barely enough time to test anything. Before any content patch gets released in Wow it has to go through the public test realm for over a month or 2, tests by some of the most knowledgable players. It is not the same time frame.

A mistake like this could get you fired from a job in industry, I really doubt anyone would risk their job for the benefit of couple hundred million gps. Bugs to exist when you program, it is unavoidable, because now days all software/programming is based on layers and layers of abstraction that sometimes just break down at the lower level, the only way to fix it is really to run it over and over again, and patch it when it breaks.

Rapier works fine on nex if you use a dragon defender and void, most people find rapier missing a lot because they are still using a shield on offhand slot. From my experience rapier does good melee damage on blood phase with void and defender with decent accuracy.

anyone can do and should do nex as long you get big enough team with people of your level or accepts you. The beautiful thing about Runescape is that difficult boss can get easier with increasing mass of people, which I find is nice for many casual players. Raiding Sunwell back in Burning Crusade in WoW was like...............catastrophically hard. I would have loved to have more than 25 people in the raid just to get past one of the dumbest boss in history (Muru). Regardless of the loot chance, I'm pretty sure many players play the game for its story, experience content (quest, minigame etc) because of its content, not the reward. -Example. I still play soul war even though all of my combat stats are 99, I just enjoy the game. Sometimes I feel monetary rewards has ruined the game to a degree, people should play what they enjoy, not what they make the most money out of.

I saw couple posts on rsof about the repair cost being 10m, from what I seen people in the pvm cc I was in said its 10m. But I couldn't find it on the kb so it's not something I'm 100 % sure of.

Is it me or that 10m repair cost for a piece of armor that lasts 10 hour is a bit high? It defeats the purpose of giving it a very high initial cost After looking comparing stats of pvp gear one might as well use pvp gear instead of the new nex armor for better offensive/defensive stat minus the lp boost. Since the cost is about the same.

I been playing since 2001 and frankly, I like the current gameplay. pvp world is a great thing and just because you and 30000 other players didn't like it, it doesn't mean the rest of runescape hated it. GE is fine, so what that some item are ridiculed with street price, the fact i can instantly buy and sell without resorting a large amount of my play time dedicated to trading makes it great. I play runescape for its minigame and activities, not tradescape. I really doubt mod is going to make a big deal out of this just because a small group of player in the cc wanted the old wildy back. So what 1/3 of the runescape population started to complain, ever thought about why the rest didn't?
