  1. I had bind on me, but had a 5 second lag on my computer so I was stuck to normal melee. -.-
  2. In the mysterious world of ScapeRune I have found my true love...but the ending is a tragedy. :( [hide=] Farewell my love.[/hide]
  3. Hmm, this might alter the tactics in f2p clan wars...Have to give this a bit more thought. :)
  4. Well I thought Jagex wanted to make the game's features accessible to everyone. If that is not their reason, then is probably because people with the cakes are sort of using a bug. :?
  5. ingles por favor? You do know that is a bit rude? -.- I rushed through the post because I was a bit busy, and I don't think is totally rubbish, but anyway I will rephrase it. Jagex stopped players from spam clicking the cakes because some players have the cakes and some do not. The ones do not have the cake sees the advantage of the cake and felt it is not fair to them because they didn't know at the time how to get it. So Jagex stopped players from spamming the cake, which takes away its advantage, making it useless, and now everyone is happy. PS: The OP said why didn't Jagex done this 2 years ago when they nerfed the rock cakes, and I just said that it was for a different reason, thats all. I do believe that this update was to prevent accidental deaths. :?
  6. They stopped it because some people have the cakes and some does not, and the ones does not felt left out. So they demanded to be equal and Jagex changed it.
  7. Well I specifically remembered that we agreed on the war and one of the agreement was no posting, so I don't know what happened here. :? And for the matter of on hold members and such...Yes we did drop an on hold member over a friend. But an on hold member has the same priority as the friend as the on hold person cannot attend events, cannot go to wars etc etc unless they have been added back. Basically when you are on hold, you have been kicked from the clan and cannot do anything until you have reapplied back, so I don't see the problem with us doing that either. Besides it was a fun war, and fun we had no? : Good job Paranoia, I think it would have been rather closer if one of our member didn't dc with full food on.
  8. You don't have to apologize. Every mistake except malice is forgiven by me. English is not my first language either. I always say I am sorry because whenever I try to argue a point, the other person gets offended. :? Also is hard to slap somebody in the face when the person is trying to be nice. :) No. The inference is that if his attitude had prevailed, then The United States would be backwards, since no progress would happen. Yes I agree with you here, if you apply his attitude on everything, then yes everything will stay the same and no progress will be made because nobody will do a thing about it. But his attitude is based toward on a video game, not everything in society. For example, like most of the teenagers around, I am really lazy when it comes to chores such as cleaning my room. Does it mean I am lazy toward everything else? Absolutely not, I still think you are basing one thing and apply it toward everything else, which see_all1 did not state in anywhere in his post. If you are thinking of something else, then is my fault. :( No. I am saying that his quitting attitude is one which leads to absolutely zero progress. Zero progress in society, Zero progress in runescape, and Zero progress in personal growth. I am giving him a parable about how it doesn't work in society. I think I have talked about this point here above, yes there will be zero progress and what not if everyone have that attitude, but really he is having this attitude toward a video game, not everything else on society. Who is compfreak? A person who talks really similar to you, but I may be wrong. :) PS: I feel I have dragged this topic away from the main topic, which I don't have the time to give it a proper response yet, sorry about this, I am going to sleep now, hope we can talk more tomorrow : .
  9. I am sorry, as English is not my native language and is quite late here, but I just want to list what you are talking about so I can get the facts straight. : He talked about giving up on something when you do not like it, in this case, Runescape. You then gave a few examples of important issues such as discrimination towards African Americans and talked in a sarcastic manner how MLK should give up as well and take the African Americans out of US because he doesn't like what he sees instead of fight it. Do you agree with this part? Yes I know his attitude towards Runescape is to give up if you do not like it, but he never did state that you should give up on everything just because you don't like it. You took his attitude at one example and believe that he is telling you to apply that attitude toward everything else, which he has never stated in anywhere. If you believe I said anything wrong or took anything out of context, feel free to point it out, and I have a strange feeling that compfreak would love you.
  10. You can't possibility compare things such as women's rights to a video game. -.- Not everything is equal or necessary, women's rights or so are far more important than playing a different kind of video game. If you don't like something in Runescape, by all means go ahead and rant/suggest about it if you wish, and if Jagex does not agree with you, you can play something else. Stop playing a game is not as important such as give up on women's rights because the latter have a huge impact while the former may affect just a tiny tiny percentage of people. You may say that the two are still the same, as you are giving up something when it is no longer to your like. Well that would be saying murder and theft would be same despite the seriousness of the crime. :?
  11. Sort of a no-brainer. TT of course  Exodus or WG
  12. Hawtness? I am wearing a sweatshirt over here and I am still freezing. :x Of course that "might" have to do with my broken air-conditioner, but still...
  13. Once in forsakenmage's chat, I told everyone that there is a world 99 star, then I tried to turn my private chat to friends, instead I missed completely and somehow turned the clan chat to friends. Then I spend the next 5 minutes wondering why the hell isn't anybody talking, and asking whats going on in the chat. I almost started rick rolling the chat until y guy told me that what may be wrong. I went.. :!: :o #-o
  14. Happy to help a TET member, I love joo events. Just give me a shout when you need it. :
  15. I have no idea about Runescape fashion so I will pass on that question. And as for the pvp question, your stats are not really designed for pking, :? your best bet would be joining a clan and try to pk, I do not see you having alot of success in dms.
  16. Looks like Lth won this war, gj lth. :)
  17. Oh damn, I personally can't resist stop spending after I get 10 zeals. Nice achievement, and to all people with the negative attitude, you guys really be ashamed flaming for absolutely no LOGICAL reasons at all. -.- Edit: Forgot to give a rating  Pie/Pie.
  18. Just a random thought about the bow's special attack... It stops the avatar from recovering its health right? So maybe that means that it stops the enemy from healing naturally. Sure if this is the case than is fairly useless...but this would be an incredible weapon to use on the corporeal beast! Now you can take multiple trips to kill it! (I hope) =P~
  19. Soul wars is the best way for HP exp as long as you can find a decent cc.
  20. As Y guy have said, it is almost impossible for a runescape clan to achieve the strictness of an army, but alot of the clans have come darn close. Also I don't know what kind of clan wars video are you watching, but there are many many tactics involved when two clans clash. Maybe you are watching the people in world 141 then yes they are very disorganized, but when two professional clans war, what you may see as disorganization may be the best tactic there is due to your lack of experience in clan warring.
  21. Well, normally I go with the flow unless something very serious is happening, then I would attempt to fix whatever is happening. I try to be as active as I can and I do my best to help around. I do not believe I am the best warrior, nor am I the smartest person, but I do believe I am one of the most liked because of my easy going attitude. (Hopefully :ohnoes: )
  22. No no, Druid is the BEST mage robes for f2p, the main job of a mage in f2p is to teleblock/bind, and all mages spend most of their time trying to bind their opponents. Druid has a special effect that helps with all bind spells, always use druid robes for maging unless you do not wish to risk it.
