Use whip + defender @ Armoured Zombie. 90-99 is about 7mil xp? Thats 100 hours @ 70k xp/hour, which is 100/8 days = 13 days. Use the remaining Sacred clay, but it is not worth to get anymore and concentrate on the training. Even stats are better though, you wouldn't want to end up training with SS only. Whip controlled ftw \

For me I just ran to the part past the Darkbeast to the cut scene, and I have gotten Darkbeasts task. Yup its bad luck :lol:

Currently the one you are wearing is the best for F2p. If you are getting members and in non pking gear it would be. Fury Ammy, Bracelet of regeneration, Climbing boots(not sure if its 1 def), iron defender, and Zerker ring, that should probably be the best strength bonus for 1 defense. All these would cost about 5mil though. A cheaper option would be, Glory Ammy , Combat Braclet and no Zerker Ring.

Yeah I was planning to train some herblore so I calculated that super strength is 6.4 gp/xp. Much cheaper than 10+ gp/xp for other options. Thieveing = Pyramid Plunder.
